Lakeshore Records has released a soundtrack EP for Boots Riley’s crime comedy I Love Boosters. The 5-track EP features five songs from the movieperformed by lead actress Keke Palmer. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. A separate album featuring Tune-Yards’ original score from the film will be coming out on May 22. I Love Boosters is written and directed by Riley and also stars Naomi Ackie, Taylour Paige, Poppy Liu, Eiza González, LaKeith Stanfield, Will Poulter and Demi Moore. The movie follows a crew of professional shoplifters who take aim at a cutthroat fashion maven. The comedy premiered at this year’s SXSW Film Festival and will be released in theaters nationwide on May 22 by Neon.
