Prototype Recording has released a soundtrack album for the French sci-fi comedy Fishlove (Poissonsexe). The album features the film’s original music composed by JB Dunckel (Summer of 85, The Summer of Sangaile, K.O., Capital in the Twenty-First Century) of AIR. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon, where you can also check out the track list. Fishlove is co-written and directed by Olivier Babinet and stars Gustave Kervern, India Hair, Ellen Dorrit Petersen, Jean-Benoît Ugeux and Alexis Manenti. Australian Broadcasting Corp (ABC) will release a soundtrack album for the Australian TV series Mystery Road. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s first two seasons composed by Matteo Zingales (99 Homes, Fahrenheit 451) & Antony Partos (Animal Kingdom, The Rover). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, September 2 and will be available to stream/download here. Mystery Road is a spin-off of Ivan Sen’s 2013/2016 features Mystery Road & Goldstone and stars Aaron Pedersen, Judy Davis, Deborah Mailman, Colin Friels, Wayne Blair, Anthony Hayes and Ernie Dingo. The crime drama follows two detectives as they investigating the mysterious disappearance of two young men from a remote Australian Outback town (in the first season) and the mystery of a decapitated body which turns up in the mangroves (in the second season). The film is directed by Paul Weitz (American Pie, About a Boy) and stars Kevin Hart, Alfre Woodard, Lil Rel Howery, Anthony Carrigan, Deborah Ayorinde, Melody Hurd, Paul Reiser and DeWanda Wise. The movie is based on Matthew Logelin’s memoir Two Kisses for Maddy and centers on a dad who is forced to raise a child on his own and finds himself wholly unprepared for the challenge.
