Cristobal Tapia de Veer (Utopia, The Girl with All the Gifts, The Third Day, National Treasure, Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency) is scoring the upcoming HBO limited series The White Lotus. The show is created by Mike White (Enlightened, Brad’s Status, The Good Girl) and stars Murray Bartlett, Connie Britton, Jennifer Coolidge, Alexandra Daddario, Fred Hechinger, Jake Lacy, Brittany O’Grady, Natasha Rothwell, Sydney Sweeney and Steve Zahn. The 6-parter is set at an exclusive Hawaiian resort and follows the vacations of various hotel guests over the span of a week as they relax and rejuvenate in paradise. White is also executive producing the project with David Bernad (Superstore, The D Train) and Nick Hall (We Are Who We Are). The White Lotus will premiere on July 11, 2021 on HBO and will also be available to stream on HBO Max.
