Premiering on Wednesday, July 28, is the Disney+ animated series Chip ‘n’ Dale: Park Life executive produced by Marc du Pontavice and starring Matthew Géczy, Kaycie Chase, Bill Farmer, David Gasman, Sylvain Caruso and Cindy Lee Delong. The show’s original music is composed by Vincent Artaud (Oggy and the Cockroaches, Paprika, Hubert & Takako, Lupin’s Tales, Rolling with the Ronks, Zig & Sharko). Premiering on Thursday, July 29, is the Netflix original film Resort to Love directed by Steven Tsuchida and starring Christina Milian, Jay Pharoah, Sinqua Walls, Jeryl Prescott Gallien, Tymberlee Hill, Christiani Pitts, Alexander Hodge, Karen Obilom, T.J. Atresmúsica has released a soundtrack album for the Spanish Amazon original series The Boarding School: Las Cumbres (El Internado: Las Cumbres). The album features selections of the original music from the show’s first season composed by Emmy Award winner Victor Reyes (The Night Manager, Grand Piano, Buried, Red Lights, Perfect Strangers, Down a Dark Hall). Nathan Johnson Scoring Apple TV+’s ‘Mr. Corman’

Nathan Johnson (Knives Out, Brick, Looper, The Brothers Bloom, Kill the Messenger, Young Ones) is scoring the new Apple TV+ original series Mr. Corman. The show is written and directed by Joseph Gordon-Levitt and stars himself, alongside Arturo Castro, Debra Winger, Bobby Hall a.k.a. Logic, Hector Hernandez, Juno Temple, Jamie Chung and Shannon Woodward. The comedy revolves around a man whose lifelong dream of a career in music didn’t pan out and finds himself teaching fifth grade at a school in the San Fernando Valley. Opening in theaters nationwide is the thriller Old written and directed by M. Night Shyamalan and starring Gael García Bernal, Vicky Krieps, Rufus Sewell, Nikki Amuka-Bird, Ken Leung, Abbey Lee, Aaron Pierre, Embeth Davidtz, Eliza Scanlen, Alex Wolff, Emun Elliott and Thomasin McKenzie. The film’s original music is composed by Trevor Gureckis (Servant, The Goldfinch, Voyagers, Bloodline). Back Lot Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score, as well as an original song by Shyamalan’s daughter Saleka. Also opening nationwide is the action adventure Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins directed by Robert Schwentke and starring Henry Golding, Andrew Koji, Samara Weaving, Úrsula Corberó, Haruka Abe, Takehiro Hira and Iko Uwais. Martin Todsharow (The Captain, Tattoo, Friend Request, Desert Flower, Head Full of Honey) has composed the film’s original music. Paramount Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today and a CD version will be announced by La-La Land Records soon. ‘Schmigadoon!’ Episode 3 Soundtrack Album Released

Milan Records has released the third soundtrack for the Apple TV+ original series Schmigadoon! The album features the original songs from the third episode of the show composed by Cinco Paul (Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax), as well as three score cues written by Christopher Willis (The Death of Stalin, Veep, The Personal History of David Copperfield). ‘Cobra Kai’ Wax-Off Soundtrack EP Released

Madison Gate Records has released a new soundtrack EP for the Netflix original series Cobra Kai. The 4-track EP features four extended versions of score cues from the show’s first and seasons composed by Leo Birenberg (Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous, PEN15, Son of Zorn) & Zach Robinson (Impractical Jokers: The Movie, Die Hart). The tracks have previously only been released on Mondo’s 3-disc vinyl set, which was announced earlier this year. The EP is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other digital music services. Also listen to all tracks after the jump. ‘Dune’ Soundtracks Release Schedule Announced

WaterTower Music has announced three separate album releases of music from and in celebration of the new film adaptation of Frank Herbert’s Dune by Academy Award winner Hans Zimmer (The Dark Knight, The Lion King, Inception, Gladiator, Pirates of the Caribbean, Interstellar). Coming out on September 3 is the digital album The Dune Sketchbook (Music from the Soundtrack), which is comprised of extended, immersive musical explorations of composer’s Dune film score, to be released in Standard and Dolby Atmos Music configurations. Coming out on September 17 is the digital album Dune (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack), which features Zimmer’s Dune film score and will also be released in both Standard and Dolby Atmos Music configurations.
