La-La Land Records will release the official soundtrack album for the Amazon original series Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan. The album features selections of the original score from the show composed by Ramin Djawadi (Game of Thrones, Westworld, Iron Man, Pacific Rim, Clash of the Titans, Warcraft, A Wrinkle in Time). The soundtrack is set to be released in late August and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A digital version is also expected to be released around the same time by Paramount Music. David Arnold to Score Amazon’s ‘Good Omens’
David Arnold (Casino Royale, Independence Day, Stargate) has been tapped to score the upcoming Amazon original series Good Omens. The show is based on the 1990 book by Terry Pratchett & Neil Gaiman (American Gods) and stars Michael Sheen as the angel Aziraphale trying to prevent the Apocalypse and David Tennant as the demon Crowley. Jon Hamm, Miranda Richardson, Nick Offerman, Adria Arjona, Nina Sosanya, Jack Whitehall, Michael McKean, Ned Dennehy, Ariyon Bakare, Mireille Enos, Anna Maxwell Martin, Lourdes Faberes and Yusuf Gatewood are co-starring in the 6-part series.

Premiering tomorrow, June 25 is the documentary Believer directed by Don Argott. The film’s original score is composed by Hans Zimmer (The Lion King, Inception, Gladiator, The Dark Knight, Pirates of the Caribbean, Dunkirk). The composer also co-wrote original songs for the movie, including the track Skipping Stones co-written by Imagine Dragons’ Dan Reynolds. Premiering on Friday, June 29, is the sci-fi thriller Tau directed by Federico D’ Alessandro and starring Maika Monroe, Ed Skrein. Bear McCreary (10 Cloverfield Lane, The Walking Dead, Outlander, Battlestar Galactica, Happy Death Day) has composed the film’s original music. ‘Picnic at Hanging Rock’ Soundtrack to Be Released
BMG will release a soundtrack album for the Australian mini-series Picnic at Hanging Rock. The album features the show’s original music composed by Cezary Skubiszewski (The Sapphires, Death Defying Acts, Red Dog). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, June 8 and will be available to download on Amazon. Picnic at Hanging Rock is based on Joan Lindsay’s novel of the same title and stars Natalie Dormer, Lily Sullivan, Madeleine Madden, Samara Weaving, Ruby Rees and Inez Curroas. The 6-parter revolves around the mysterious disappearances of three schoolgirls and one teacher on Valentine’s Day 1900 and the subsequent investigation.
Leo Birenberg to Score DreamWorks Animation’s ‘Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny’
Leo Birenberg is scoring DreamWorks Animation’s upcoming series Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny. The show based on the studios’ feature film franchise revolves around four panda kids who stumble upon a mystical cave beneath Panda Village, accidentally absorbing the chi of ancient and powerful kung fu warriors known as the Four Constellations, and must realize a destiny to save the world from an evil force. Mitch Watson (All Hail King Julien), Elliott Owen and Lane Lueras are producing the project.

Premiering in the U.S. on Wednesday, May 23, is the British mini-series The Split created and written by Abi Morgan, directed by Jessica Hobbs and starring Nicola Walker, Meera Syal, Stephen Mangan, Fiona Button, Deborah Findlay and Anthony Head. The show’s original music is composed by Isobel Waller-Bridge (Fleabag). The drama centers on a family of female divorce lawyers who are forced to face their past following the return of their estranged father after a 30 year absence. Premiering on Friday, May 25, is the Netflix original movie Ibiza directed by Alex Richanbach and starring Gillian Jacobs, Vanessa Bayer, Phoebe Robinson and Richard Madden. Jeff Morrow (Olaf’s Frozen Adventure, Trolls Holiday) has composed the film’s original music. ‘You Are Wanted’ Season 2 Soundtrack Details
Polydor/Island Records will release a new soundtrack album for the German Amazon original series You Are Wanted. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s second season composed by Arne Schumann and Josef Bach, as well as songs by Chester Travis, Ofri Brin, Nicola Fegg, M.M.F.D.V., Nicola Fegg and Madeline Juno. The soundtrack will released digitally overseas on May 18. Check back on this page for the pre-order link. A soundtrack featuring music from the first season has previously been released in early 2017.

The filmed staged play written by Antoinette Nwandu centers on two young men as they pass the time dreaming of the promised land. The movie premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and will be available to stream exclusively on Amazon Prime.
Nathan Barr to Score Amazon’s ‘Carnival Row’
Nathan Barr is set to score the upcoming Amazon original series Carnival Row. The fantasy drama is created by Travis Beacham (Pacific Rim, Clash of the Titans) & Rene Echevarria (Castle, Teen Wolf) and stars Orlando Bloom, Cara Delevingne, David Gyasi, Karla Crome, Indira Varma and Tamzin Merchant. The show is set in a neo-Victorian city, where mythical creatures who have fled their war-torn homeland are gathered, and follows the investigation into a string of unsolved murders that are eating away at whatever uneasy peace still exists.
