Lakeshore Records has released the first soundtrack album for the WGN America/Freevee original series Almost Paradise. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s first season composed by Fred Coury (The Night Shift). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out audio samples. Almost Paradise is created by Dean Devlin & Gary Rosen and stars Christian Kane, Samantha Richelle, Arthur Acuña, Nonie Buencamino and Ces Quesada. The crime drama follows a U.S. DEA agent who is forced into an early retirement and relocates to the Philippines, where he slowly gets pulled into the criminal underworld of the island.

Soundtrack Album for WGN America’s ‘Outsiders’ Released
Madison Gate Records has released a soundtrack album for the WGN America original series Outsiders. The album features seven songs from the show by The Ben Miller Band. Also included is the drama’s main title theme Taker’s Creed by Morgan O’Kane. The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. Outsiders is created by Peter Mattei and stars David Morse, Joe Anderson, Gillian Alexy, Ryan Hurst, Kyle Gallner, Christina Jackson and Thomas M. Wright. The series tells the story of the Farrell clan and their struggle for power and control in the hills of Appalachia.
‘Underground’ Theme Song ‘Heaven’s Door’ by Alice Smith to Be Released
Madison Gate Records will release the main titles song from the WGN America original series Underground. The track, entitled Heaven’s Door is performed by Grammy nominated singer/songwriter Alice Smith. The song will be released digitally on March 16, 2016 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Underground is created by Misha Green & Joe Pokaski and stars Jurnee Smollett-Bell, Aldis Hodge, Christopher Meloni, Jessica de Gouw, Marc Blucas, Alano Miller, Adina Porter, Mykelti Williamson, Amirah Vann, Reed Diamond and Johnny Ray Gill. The show follows a group of slaves who aim to travel 600 miles to escape from a Georgia plantation .A full soundtrack album featuring music by the show’s composers Laura Karpman & Raphael Saadiq is in the works.

Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the WGN America original series Manhattan. The album features selections from the original music from the show’s first season composed by Sigur Rós front man Jónsi & Alex Somers. Also included is music from the drama’s second season composed by Jeff Russo (Fargo) and Zoe Keating. The soundtrack will be released digitally on January 8, 2016 and physically on January 29.
