Milan Records will release a soundtrack album for the horror thriller The Sacrament. The album features the film’s original music composed by Tyler Bates (300, Watchmen, Dawn of the Dead, The Way), combined with pieces of dialogue and soundscapes by Graham Reznick. The soundtrack will be released on May 6, 2014 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The Sacrament is written and directed by Ti West (The House of the Devil) and stars Joe Swanberg, Amy Selmetz, AJ Bowen, Kate Lyn Shell, Gene Jones and Kentucker Audley. Eli Roth is producing the movie about two Vice media correspondents who set out to document their friend’s search to find his missing sister. The thriller premiered at last year’s Toronto Film Festival and has been picked up by Magnolia Pictures for a domestic release on VOD on May 1 and in select theaters on June 6. Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the comedy Walk of Shame. The album features the songs from the film by such artists as Dave Audé (featuring AKON & Luciana), Marcus Latief Scott (featuring John Costello), Brenna Bishop, Lux Lovelle, Eli “Paperboy” Reed and Scott Spock & Corky James. Antonio Pinto is scoring the upcoming dramatic thriller Trash. The film is directed by Stephen Daldry and stars Rooney Mara, Martin Sheen, Wagner Moura, Selton Mello, Rickson Tevez, Eduardo Luis and Gabriel Weinstein. The movie is set in the Third World and tells the story of three poverty-stricken boys who discover a wallet with a treasure map inside in a city dump. Richard Curtis (Love Actually, Notting Hill) has written the screenplay based on Andy Mulligan’s 2010 novel. Hans Zimmer Composes Hymn for EDM Festival Tomorrowland

Hans Zimmer has composed the first official hymn for the 10th anniversary of the electronic dance musicmfestival Tomorrowland, which is held every year in the Belgian town of Boom, outside of Brussels. The composer collaborated with Junkie XL (Divergent, 300: Rise of an Empire) and Lorne Balfe (Megamind) on the piece, which was recorded at Air Studios in London. Jeff Danna is reteaming with Tim Blake Nelson on the upcoming indie drama Anesthesia. The film is written and directed by Nelson and stars Glenn Close, Sam Waterston, Gretchen Mol, Kristen Stewart, Corey Stoll, Katie Chang, Michael K. Williams, Gloria Reuben, Jessica Hecht, Mickey Sumner and K. Todd Freeman. The movie follows a group of New Yorkers whose lives intersect after the violent mugging of a popular Columbia University philosophy professor. Nelson is also producing the project with Julie Buck, Josh Hetzler and Christopher Scott. Danna has previously collaborated with the actor-turned-director on the 2009 comedy drama Leaves of Grass starring Edward Norton and on the 2001 drama O starring Julia Stiles & Josh Hartnett.
