Plaza Mayor Company will release the official soundtrack album for the drama The Book of Vision. The album features the film’s original music composed and performed by Hanan Townshend (Knights of Cups, To the Wonder, Semper Fi, Outcry, The Vessel) in collaboration with Errichetta Underground and Federico Pascucci. The soundtrack will be released digitally on September 1, 2020 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The Book of Vision is directed by Carlo Hintermann and stars Charles Dance, Lotte Verbeek, Sverrir Gudnason, Isolda Dychauk, Rocco Gottlieb, Justin Korovkin and Filippo Nigro. The movie executive produced by Terrence Malick revolves around the history of the doctor/patient relationship told from the perspective of a promising young doctor who leaves her career to study History of Medicine at a remote university. Nolita Cinema has released a soundtrack album for the French Netflix original film Lost Bullet (Balle perdue). The album features the film’s original score composed by André Dziezuk (Colonia, Tel Aviv on Fire, Secrets of War, A Real Vermeer). Also included is Demi Portion’s title song and Guts’ Take Me Back. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon, where you can also check out the full track list. Lost Bullet is co-written and directed by Guillaume Pierret and stars Alban Lenoir, Nicolas Duvauchelle, Ramzy Bedia, Stéfi Celma, Rod Paradot, Sébastien Lalanne and Pascale Arbillot. Opening on VOD today in the U.S. is the new film adaptation of Frances Hodgson Burnett’s novel The Secret Garden directed by Marc Munden and starring Colin Firth, Julie Walters and Dixie Egerickx. The film’s original music is composed by Dario Marianelli (Atonement, Pride and Prejudice, Darkest Hours, V for Vendetta, Anna Karenina). No soundtrack album has been announced yet. Opening in select theaters and on VOD is the thriller The Tax Collector written and directed by David Ayer and starring Bobby Soto, Cinthya Carmona, George Lopez and Shia LaBeouf. The full details of the soundtrack album for the romantic drama Dirt Music have been revealed. The album features the songs from the movie performed by lead actor Garrett Hedlund, Julia Stone & George Mason. Also included are three tracks from the film’s original score composed by Craig Armstrong. The Decca Classics soundtrack release is now available to stream/download here. As previously reported, a separate soundtrack featuring Armstrong’s full score is also being released today.
