Jackson Greenberg (Cartel Land, City of Ghosts, AKA Jane Roe, Hot Girls Wanted: Turned On) will release a soundtrack album for the documentary Maybe Next Year. The album features the composer’s original score, as well as the song What I Owe performed by Teddy Grossman. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, November 10 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon, Apple Music and other digital music stores. A vinyl edition is set to come out in early 2021 and is available to order here. Maybe Next Year is directed by Kyle Thrash and tells the story of the Philadelphia Eagles and their improbable Super Bowl winning 2017 season from the perspective of their most die-hard fans. Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the dramatic thriller Dreamland. The album features the film’s original music composed by Patrick Higgins (As You Are, Gabriel) and director Miles Joris-Peyrafitte. The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, November 13 and is now available for pre-order here. Dreamland is directed by Joris-Peyrafitte and stars Margot Robbie, Finn Cole, Garrett Hedlund, Travis Fimmel, Kerry Condon, Darby Camp and Lola Kirke. The movie follows a young man who discovers a fugitive bank robber is hiding in his small town and is torn between claiming the bounty on her head and his growing attraction to the seductive criminal. The film is directed by Tate Taylor (The Help, Get On Up) and stars Allison Janney, Mila Kunis, Regina Hall, Awkwafina, Wanda Sykes, Ellen Barkin, Matthew Modine, Samira Wiley, Clifton Collins Jr., Jimmi Simpson, Bridget Everett and Juliette Lewis. The movie revolves around a pencil pusher who tries to keep secret the death of her husband who suffered a heart attack when she discovered him in bed with another woman. Stephen McKeon (The Hole in the Ground, Norm of the North, Queen & Country) is attached to score the upcoming Irish/Belgian horror thriller The Cellar. The film is written and directed by Brendan Muldowney and stars Elisha Cuthbert and Eoin Macken. The movie tells the story of a woman whose daughter mysteriously vanishes in the cellar of their new house in the country and who soon discovers there is an ancient and powerful entity controlling their home. Premiering tonight is the new Showtime original series Moonbase 8 created by Fred Armisen, Jonathan Krisel, Tim Heidecker & John C. Reilly and starring Armisen, Heidecker and Reilly themselves. The show’s original music is composed by Steven Drozd of The Flaming Lips who made his scoring debut on the comedy. The A24 production centers on three astronauts stationed at NASA’s Moon Base Simulator in a remote part of the Arizona desert as they encounter many obstacles including loneliness, self-doubt and their own incompetence. Premiering tomorrow, November 9, is the HBO original series Industry created by Mickey Down & Konrad Kay and starring Myha’la Herrold, Marisa Abela, Nabhaan Rizwan, Harry Lawtey, David Jonsson, Conor MacNeill and Ken Leung. Electronic music producer Nathan Micay has composed the show’s original music. Alan Ari Lazar (An American Crime, The Most Hated Woman in America, Holiday in the Wild, Gangster’s Paradise: Jerusalema) has recently scored the new Netflix original film The Princess Switch: Switched Again. The movie is directed by Mike Rohl and stars Vanessa Hudgens, Sam Palladio, Suanne Braun and Nick Sagar. The sequel to 2018’s original The Princess Switch film (scored by Terry Frewer) follows Duchess Margaret as she unexpectedly inherits the throne to Montenaro and her double Stacy who has to save the day before a new lookalike foils their plans. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Saycet (Tycoon, Man Up!). La Révolution is created by Aurélien Molas and stars Amir El Kacem, Marilou Aussilloux, Lionel Erdogan, Isabel Aimé Gonzalez Sola, Julien Frison, Doudou Masta, Dimitri Storoge, Amélia Lacquemant, Coline Beal and Laurent Lucas. The film’s original music is composed by Michael Giacchino (UpLost, Jurassic WorldThe Incredibles, Star TrekDoctor StrangeRogue One: A Star Wars Story). Lorne Balfe (Mission: Impossible – Fallout, His Dark Materials, The LEGO Batman Movie, Bad Boys for Life, Gemini Man) has composed the film’s original music. The film is directed by Carter Bays & Craig Thomas (How I Met Your Mother) and is set to star Kristen Bell and Jonathan Groff. Harvey Mason Jr (Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Story, All Rise) will serve as executive music producer and Stephanie Diaz-Matos (The Get Down, Uncle Drew) is the project’s music supervisor.
