Premiering tomorrow, December 6, is HBO limited series Landscapers created by Ed Sinclair and starring Olivia Colman, David Thewlis, Kate O’ Flynn, Samuel Anderson, Dipo Ola, David Hayman, Felicity Montagu and Daniel Rigby. The show’s original music is composed by Arthur Sharpe (The Electrical Life of Arthur Wain, Flowers, Guilt, The Darkest Universe, Ghosts). Also premiering tomorrow is the HBO original documentary The Forever Prisoner directed and produced by Alex Gibney about Abu Zubaydah, the first high-value detainee subjected to the CIA’s program of Enhanced Interrogation Techniques who was later identified as torture by those outside the agency. Will Bates (Unbelievable, Away, The MagiciansThe PathI Origins, The Looming TowerAnother Earth) who previously scored numerous documentaries by Gibney (including Going Clear: Scientology and the Prison of Belief, We Steal Secrets: The Story of WikiLeaks & Steve Jobs: The Man in the Machine) has composed the film’s original music. The movie will premiere on HBO and will also be available to stream on HBO Max.

Premiering on Wednesday, December 8, is National Geographic’s Disney+ docu-series Welcome to Earth hosted by Will Smith and executive produced by Darren Aronofsky, Ari Handel, Terence Carter, James Lassiter, Miguel Melendez, Matt Renner and Chris L. Kugelman. The show’s original music is composed by Daniel Pemberton (Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Birds of Prey, Steve Jobs, The Trial of the Chicago 7,  Enola Holmes, The Man from U.N.C.L.E.). A soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score will be announced soon. Premiering on Thursday, December 9, is the HBO Max original series And Just Like That… developed by Michael Patrick King and starring Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis, Sara Ramírez, Sarita Choudhury, Nicole Ari Parker, Karen Pittman, Chris Noth, Mario Cantone, David Eigenberg, Willie Garson and Evan Handler. Aaron Zigman (The NotebookBridge of Terabithia,  John Q,The Proposal, Escape from Planet EarthThe Ugly Truth) who previously scored both Sex and the City movies is composing the show’s original music. Also premiering in the U.S. on Thursday is the British limited series Anne Boleyn written by Eve Hedderwick Turner, directed by Lynsey Miller and starrring Jodie Turner-Smith, Mark Stanley, Paapa Essiedu, Thalissa Teixeira, Amanda Burton, Barry Ward and Jamael Westman. The show’s original music is composed by Keaton Henson (Supernova, Something Better to Come, Young Men).
