Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the NBC drama Grosse Pointe Garden Society. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s first season composed by Ian Hultquist (Assassination Nation, The Walking Dead: Dead City, Turtles All the Way Down, One of Us Is Lying) and Sofia degli Alessandri (aka Drum & Lace) (Red, White & Royal Blue, Dickinson, Cobweb, Rosaline). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, May 30 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Grosse Pointe Garden Society is created by Jenna Bans & Bill Krebs and stars Melissa Fumero, Aja Naomi King, Ben Rappaport, AnnaSophia Robb, Alexander Hodge, Nancy Travis, Felix Wolfe and Matthew Davis. The series revolves around four members of a suburban garden club four members who get entangled in a scandalous murder and forced to bury the body – in their own well-manicured flower beds.

Ian Hultquist (Assassination Nation, Dickinson, One of Us Is Lying, Quiet On Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV, Rosaline, Good Girls, Night Teeth) is scoring the upcoming comedy Idiotka. The film is directed by Nastasya Popov and stars Anna Baryshnikov, Camila Mendes, Julia Fox, Saweetie, Benito Skinner, Owen Thiele, Mark Ivanir, Galina Jovovich, Nerses Stamos and Ilia Volok. The movie is set in West Hollywood’s Russian district and follows a young woman who lives out the American Dream by competing on a reality show.

Drum & Lace (aka Sofia degli Alessandri-Hultquist) (Red, White & Royal Blue, Cobweb, Summering) and Ian Hultquist (Assassination Nation, One of Us Is Lying, Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV) have teamed up to score the upcoming British romantic drama All of You. The film is directed by William Bridges (Soulmates) and stars Brett Goldstein, Imogen Poots, Zawe Ashton, Steven Cree and Jenna Coleman. The movie revolves around two best friends who harbor an unspoken love for one another, even after a test matches one of them up with their supposed soulmate. Bridges & Goldstein also co-wrote the screenplay.
