Air-Edel Records has released a soundtrack album for the Investigation Discovery documentary special We Are Jeni. The album features the original music from the Arrow Media & Smith & Nasht production composed by Bryce Jacobs (Drive Hard, 12 Monkeys, Random Tropical Paradise, Drunk Stoned Brilliant Dead: The Story of the National Lampoon). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. We Are Jeni follows the true story of an Australian woman, Jeni Haynes, who created more than 2,500 identities to confront a lifetime of unimaginable abuse at the hands of her father and bring him to justice.

Weekly Film Music Roundup (June 9, 2017)
Three new movies are opening nationwide this weekend:
Opening in most theaters is the fantasy adventure The Mummy directed by Alex Kurtzman and starring Tom Cruise, Sofia Boutella, Annabelle Wallis, Jake Johnson, Courtney B. Vance and Russell Crowe. The film’s original music is composed by Brian Tyler (Fast & Furious, Iron Man 3, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Now You See Me, Thor: The Dark World). Back Lot Music has released a digital deluxe edition soundtrack today and will release a CD version next week. Also opening wide is the horror thriller It Comes at Night written and directed by Trey Edward Shults and starring Joel Edgerton, Christopher Abbott, Carmen Ejogo, Riley Keough and Kelvin Harrion Jr. Brian McOmber (Krisha, A Teacher, Ugly) has composed the film’s original music. ‘Random Tropical Paradise’ Soundtrack Announced
Varese Sarabande will release a soundtrack album for the comedy Random Tropical Paradise. The album features the film’s original music composed by Bryce Jacobs (Drive Hard, Drunk Stoned Brilliant Dead: The Story of the National Lampoon, 12 Monkeys). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, June 9 and will be available to download on Amazon. Random Tropical Paradise is written and directed by Sanjeev Sirpal and stars Bryan Greenberg, Brooks Wheelan, Spencer Grammer, Joe Pantoliano, Beth Littleford, Kyle Kinane, Jessica Lowe, Brittany Furlan, Caitlin McHugh and Alphonso McAuley.

Premiering in the U.S. tomorrow, May 15, is the British mini-series Decline and Fall written by James Woods, directed by Guillem Morales and starring Jack Whitehall, David Suchet and Eva Longoria. The 3-parter’s original music is composed by Paul Englishby (An Education, Miss Petigrew Lives for a Day, The Musketeers). The comedy is based on Evelyn Waugh’s classic novel and follows an inoffensive divinity student at Oxford University in the 1920s,who is wrongly dismissed for indecent exposure having been made the victim of a prank by The Bollinger Club. Bryce Jacobs to Score ’12 Monkeys’ Season 3
Bryce Jacobs has taken over scoring duties on the Syfy original series 12 Monkeys. The show is developed by Terry Matalas & Travis Fickett based on Terry Gilliam’s 1995 movie of the same title and stars Aaron Standford, Amanda Schull, Kirk Acevedo, Todd Stashwick, Emily Hampshire, Barbara Sukowa and Noah Bean. The drama follows a time traveler from the future who appears in present day on a mission to locate and eradicate the source of a deadly plague that will eventually decimate the human race. Trevor Rabin & Paul Linford scored the first two seasons of the series.

‘Drive Hard’ Soundtrack Details
Varese Sarabande will release a soundtrack album for the action thriller Drive Hard. The album features the film’s original music composed by Bryce Jacobs. Also included are three songs by Hart Steen, Anthony Snape and Jake Glenn Tribe. The soundtrack will be released on March 4, 2014 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Check back on this page for audio clips. Drive Hard is directed by Brian Trenchard-Smith and stars John Cusack and Thomas Jane. The movie follows a former race car driver turned driver’s training instructor who is abducted by a mysterious thief and forced to be the wheelman for a crime that leads them all on a chase across Australia’s Gold Coast. The thriller will be released in select theaters by Image Entertainment.
‘Bad Karma’ Soundtrack Released
Varese Sarabande has released a soundtrack album for the thriller Bad Karma. The album features the film’s original music composed by Bryce Jacobs, including the score, as well as eight songs featuring Genevieve Maynard, Anthony Snape and Fiona Kernaghan. The soundtrack is being released digitally today and is now available to download on iTunes, where you can also check out audio clips. Bad Karma is directed by Suri Krishnamma (Wuthering Heights) and stars Ray Liotta as an ex-pat American who teams up with Australian gangster and drug dealer Mack for a large scale heroin shipment hijack. Dominic Purcell and Vanessa Gray are co-starring. The movie will be released on home video on September 11, 2012.
