Next Station Music has released a soundtrack album for the documentary Becoming Bond. The album features the film’s original music composed by John Piscitello (No Place on Earth, Mike Wallace Is Here, Too Funny to Fail, Memory Games). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Becoming Bond is directed by Josh Greenbaum and tells the true story of George Lazenby, a poor Australian car mechanic who, through an unbelievable set of circumstances, landed the role of James Bond in On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, despite having never acted a day in his life.

The album, which features the composer’s original music from the film, is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out audio samples. Too Funny to Fail directed and produced by Josh Greenbaum (The Short Game) explores the creation of The Dana Carvey Show and asks the question why a show with a writer’s room and cast including then unknowns Steve Carell, Stephen Colbert, Robert Smigel would flop so spectacularly.

Next Station Music has released a soundtrack album for the documentary The All-Americans. The album features the film’s original music composed by John Piscitello (Becoming Bond, No Place on Earth, Mike Wallace Is Here, Memory Games). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out audio samples. The All-Americans is directed by Billy McMillin and centers on Los Angeles’ East LA Classic, the annual high school football game between rivals Garfield and Roosevelt high school. The movie is executive produced by Becky G and follows four students seeking glory on the field, while grappling with personal obstacles and striving to make sense of their community’s place in today’s America.

The album features the film’s original score composed by John Piscitello (Becoming Bond, No Place on Earth, Memory Games, The All-Americans). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and other major digital music services. Mike Wallace Is Here is directed and produced by Avi Belkin and focuses on the legendary reporter, who interrogated the 20th century’s biggest figures in his over 50 years on air, and his aggressive reporting style and showmanship that redefined what America came to expect from broadcasters.

The only movie opening nationwide this weekend is the comedy drama Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood written and directed by Quentin Tarantino and starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie and Al Pacino. The film doesn’t feature an original score. Mary Ramos serves as the project’s music supervisor. Columbia Records has released a soundtrack album featuring tracks by Deep Purple, Simon & Garfunkel, Paul Revere & The Raiders Buffy Sainte-Marie & others today. Opening in limited release is the drama Skin written and directed by Guy Nattiv and starring Jamie Bell, Vera Farmiga, Danielle Macdonald, Mike Colter and Bill Camp. Dan Romer (Beasts of the Southern Wild, Beasts of No Nation, Maniac, The Good Doctor, Easy) has composed the film’s original music. No word on a soundtrack release. Premiering in the U.S. tomorrow, May 15, is the British mini-series Decline and Fall written by James Woods, directed by Guillem Morales and starring Jack Whitehall, David Suchet and Eva Longoria. The 3-parter’s original music is composed by Paul Englishby (An Education, Miss Petigrew Lives for a Day, The Musketeers). The comedy is based on Evelyn Waugh’s classic novel and follows an inoffensive divinity student at Oxford University in the 1920s,who is wrongly dismissed for indecent exposure having been made the victim of a prank by The Bollinger Club. Premiering on Friday, May 19, is the third season of the Syfy original series 12 Monkeys developed by Terry Matalas & Travis Fickett based on Terry Gilliam’s movie and starring Aaron Standford, Amanda Schull, Kirk Acevedo, Todd Stashwick, Emily Hampshire, Barbara Sukowa and Noah Bean. Stephen Barton (Jennifer’s Body, Mrs. Palfrey at the Claremont, Titanfall) and Bryce Jacobs (Drive Hard) have scored the new season, taking over from Trevor Rabin & Paul Linford who composed the music for the first two seasons. ‘No Place on Earth’ Soundtrack Details
Varese Sarabande has announced the details of the soundtrack album for the documentary No Place on Earth. The album features the film’s original score composed by John Piscitello. The soundtrack will be released digitally on July 11, 2013. Audio clips will be added to this article within the next couple of days. No Place on Earth is directed by Janet Tobias and tells the untold story of thirty-eight Ukrainian Jews who survived World War II by living in caves for eighteen months, the longest-recorded sustained underground survival. The movie premiered at last year’s Toronto Film Festival and was released in select theaters this past April by Magnolia Pictures.
