The album features selections of the original music from the show’s most recent seasons composed by Justine Barker (London Kills, Hope Street, Suspects). Sony Music Entertainment India has released a new soundtrack album for the musical romance 99 Songs. The album features the film’s original score composed by Academy Award winner A.R. Rahman (Slumdog Millionaire, 127 Hours, Elizabeth: The Golden Age, Million Dollar Arm, The Hundred-Foot Journey) and is now available to stream on Spotify. The label has previously released a soundtrack for the featuring Rahman’s songs from the movie back in 2020. 99 Songs is directed by Vishwesh Krishnamoorthy, co-written and produced by Rahman and stars Ehan Bhat, Edilsy Vargas, Lisa Ray, Aditya Seal, and Manisha Koirala. Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the sci-fi/horror thriller M3GAN directed by Gerard Johnstone and starring Allison Williams, Violet McGraw, Brian Jordan Alvarez, Ronny Chieng, Jen Van Epps, Stephane Garneau-Monten and Lori Dungey.. The film’s original music is composed by Anthony Willis (Promising Young Woman, One Last Night, How to Train Your Dragon: Homecoming). Back Lot Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today. Opening in select theaters and on VOD today is the horror thriller Candy Land directed by John Swab and starring Olivia Luccardi, Sam Quartin, Owen Campbell, Eden Brolin, Guinevere Turner, Virginia Rand and William Baldwin. David Sardy (Zombieland, End of Watch, 21, Bright, Monster Trucks, Premium Rush) has composed the film’s original music. No word on a soundtrack release. The movie, which follows a young woman who finds herself cast out from her religious cult and immerses herself into the underground world of truck stop sex workers, is being released by Quiver Distribution.
