Amazon Content Services has released a soundtrack album for the Prime Video original series Elle. The album features selections of the show’s original score composed by Tom Howe (Ted Lasso, Shrinking, Dog Man, Reminders of Him, Every Year After, Early Man, A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon, Knuckles, Daisy Jones & the Six). Also included is the cover version of Nirvana’s Love Buzz (produced by Anna Waronker) and the song High School written and performed by Corin Tucker & Carrie Brownstein performed by Gabrielle Policano (who stars as Liz), as well as the original track All Ages Show written by Waronker and performed by Piss. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to Howe’s title track and all three songs after the jump. Elle is developed by Laura Kittrell based on the novel Legally Blonde by Amanda Brown and also stars Lexi Minetree, June Diane Raphael, Jacob Moskovitz, Chandler Kinney, Tom Everett Scott, Zac Looker and Amy Pietz The coming-of-age comedy follows Elle Woods in high school before she was a fish-out-of-water at Harvard as she encounters tricky friendships, forbidden romance, and questionable fashion choices. The series premiered earlier this month and is now available to stream exclusively on Prime Video. A second season is in the works.
