Five new movies are opening in theaters nationwide this weekend:
Opening in most theaters is the family adventure Dora and the Lost City of Gold directed by James Bobin and starring Isabela Moner, Eugenio Derbez, Michael Peña, Eva Longoria, Nicholas Coombe and Madeleine Madden. The film’s original score is composed by John Debney (The Passion of the Christ, Iron Man 2, The Jungle Book) & Germaine Franco (Tag, Dope). Paramount Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composers’ music. Click here for the full album details. Also opening wide is the horror thriller Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark directed by André Øvredal and starring Zoe Colletti, Michael Garza, Gabriel Rush, Austin Abrams, Dean Norris, Gil Bellows, Lorraine Toussaint, Austin Zajur and Natalie Ganzhorn. Marco Beltrami (3:10 to Yuma, Scream, A Quiet Place, Logan) & Anna Dubrich have composed the film’s original music.
