Stefan Gregory has made his feature scoring debut on the the upcoming British Netflix original film The Dig. The movie is directed by Simon Stone (The Daughter) and stars Carey Mulligan, Ralph Fiennes, Lily James, Johnny Flynn, Ben Chaplin and Ken Stott. The drama is set in 1938 as World War II looms and follows a wealthy widow who hires an amateur archaeologist to excavate the burial mounds on her estate. ABKCO Records will release the official soundtrack album for the drama One Night in Miami… The album features the film’s original score composed by Academy Award nominee Terence Blanchard (BlacKkKlansman, Malcolm X, Perry Mason, Inside Man, 25th Hour, Da 5 Bloods). Also included is the original song Speak Now performed by Leslie Odom, Jr. and co-written by himself & Sam Ashworth, as well as other songs performed by the actor/singer and tracks by L.C. Cooke, Jeremy Pope, Billy Preston & more. The soundtrack will be released digitally and physically (on CD and vinyl) on January 15, 2021 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download exclusively on Apple Music/iTunes and will also be released on other digital music platforms (including Amazon) on December 11.
