The details of the soundtrack album for the Black Mirror episode Arkangel have been revealed. The album features the original music from the episode from the show’s fourth season composed by Academy Award nominee Mark Isham (Crash, Once Upon a Time, A Rivers Runs Through It, The Accountant, Miracle, Cloak & Dagger). The soundtrack will be released on July 13, 2018 by Lakeshore Records and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Arkangel directed by Jodie Foster, written by Charlie Brooker and starring Rosemarie Dewitt, Brenna Harding and Owen Teague centers on a mother who invests in a new technology that allows her to keep track of her daughter.

Soundtrack Album for Netflix’s ‘Wild Wild Country’ Announced
Western Vinyl has announced a soundtrack album for the Netflix original series Wild Wild Country. The album features the show’s original music composed by Brocker Way (The Battered Bastards of Baseball). The soundtrack will be released digitally, on CD and on vinyl on September 21, 2018. Wild Wild Country is directed by Maclain Way & Chapman Way and tells the story of a controversial cult leader who builds a utopian city in the Oregon desert, resulting in conflict with the locals that escalates into a national scandal. Cinemax’s ‘Warrior’ to Feature Music by H. Scott Salinas & Reza Safinia
H. Scott Salinas and Reza Safinia have been hired to score the upcoming Cinemax original series Warrior. The show is created by Jonathan Tropper (Banshee) and stars Andrew Koji, Olivia Cheng, Jason Tobin, Kieran Bew, Dean Jagger, Joanna Vanderham, Tom Weston-Jones, Hoon Lee, Joe Taslim, Langley Kirkwood, Christian McKay and Perry Yung. The drama inspired by the writings and work of martial arts icon Bruce Lee is set against the backdrop of the Tong Wars in the late 1800s and follows a martial arts prodigy originating in China who moves to San Francisco and ends up becoming a hatchet man for the most powerful tong in Chinatown.
Segun Akinola Tapped as New ‘Doctor Who’ Composer
BBC announced today that Segun Akinola is the new composer of the BBC drama Doctor Who. He is scoring the 11th season of the show, which stars Jodie Whitaker, Bradley Walsh, Tosin Cole and Mandip Gill. Chris Chibnall (Broadchurch) serves as the project’s head writer and is also executive producing the project with Matt Strevens and Sam Hoyle. Murray Gold was the composer of the previous seasons and scored all of the series’ episodes since 2005.
‘Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance’ Soundtrack Released
A&E Networks has released a soundtrack album for the Lifetime original movie Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance. The album features the film’s original music composed by Mario Grigorov (Precious, The Paperboy, Flowers in the Attic, Shadowboxer). Also included is the song You Are the Reason by Calum Scott. The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance is directed by Menhaj Huda and stars Murray Fraser & Parisa Fitz-Henley in the title roles, alongside Bonnie Soper as Princess Diana, Maggie Sullivun as Queen Elizabeth II, Steve Coulter as Prince Charles and Deborah Ramsay as Camilla Bowles.
David Arnold to Score Amazon’s ‘Good Omens’
David Arnold (Casino Royale, Independence Day, Stargate) has been tapped to score the upcoming Amazon original series Good Omens. The show is based on the 1990 book by Terry Pratchett & Neil Gaiman (American Gods) and stars Michael Sheen as the angel Aziraphale trying to prevent the Apocalypse and David Tennant as the demon Crowley. Jon Hamm, Miranda Richardson, Nick Offerman, Adria Arjona, Nina Sosanya, Jack Whitehall, Michael McKean, Ned Dennehy, Ariyon Bakare, Mireille Enos, Anna Maxwell Martin, Lourdes Faberes and Yusuf Gatewood are co-starring in the 6-part series.
‘Westworld’ Season 2 Soundtrack Album Released

The album features selections of the original music from the show’s second season composed by Ramin Djawadi (Game of Thrones, Iron Man, Pacific Rim, A Wrinkle in Time, The Great Wall, Warcraft). The film’s original score is composed by Hans Zimmer (The Lion King, Inception, Gladiator, The Dark Knight, Pirates of the Caribbean, Dunkirk). The composer also co-wrote original songs for the movie, including the track Skipping Stones co-written by Imagine Dragons’ Dan Reynolds. Siddhartha Khosla has been hired to score the upcoming ABC comedy The Kids Are Alright. The show is created by Tim Doyle (Last Man Standing) and stars Michael Cudlitz, Mary McCormack, Sam Straley, Caleb Martin Foote, Sawyer Barth, Christopher Paul Richards, Jack Gore, Andy Walken and Santino Barnard. The series inspired by Doyle’s childhood is set in the 1970s and follows a traditional Irish-Catholic family as they navigate big and small changes during one of America’s most turbulent decades.

Milan Records has released the full soundtrack album for the National Geographic original series Genius. The album features selections of the show’s original music of the show’s second season composed by Lorne Balfe (Mission: Impossible – Fallout, The Lego Batman Movie, The Crown, Pacific Rim Uprising, Terminator Genysis). The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. The label has previously released an EP featuring music from Season 2, as well as Balfe’s score from the first season.
