Premiering on Friday, March 12, is the Netflix original film Yes Day directed by Miguel Arteta and starring Jennifer Garner, Edgar Ramirez, Jenna Ortega, Julian Lerner, Everly Carganilla, Arturo Castro, Nat Faxon, Fortune Feimster and Molly Sims. The film’s original music is composed by Michael Andrews (Donnie Darko, Bridesmaids, Bad Teacher, The Big Sick, Daddy’s Home, Freaks & Geeks, Instant Family). Also premiering on Friday is the Netflix original series The One created by Howard Overman based on John Marss’ book and starring Hannah Ware, Dimitri Leonidas, Amir El-Masry, Wilf Scolding, Stephen Campbell, Diarmaid Murtagh, Eric Kofi-Abrefa, Lois Chimimba, Pallavi Sharda, Zoë Tapper and Gregg Chillin. Dave Rowntree (The Capture, After the Screaming Stops, White Island) and Ian Arber (Medici, My Name Is Lenny, I Am Bolt) have composed the show’s original music. HBO Max’s ‘The Runaway Bunny’ to Feature Score by Keith Kenniff and Songs by Tracee Ellis Ross, Mariah Carey & Others

HBO Max announced today the animated special The Runaway Bunny based on the children’s book by Margaret Wise Brown. The project is produced and directed by Amy Schatz (Song of Parkland) and will feature a performance of the never-before-released original Margaret Wise Brown lullaby Song of the Runaway Bunny by Tracee Ellis Ross (who is also narrating the special), a new reinterpretation of Always Be My Baby by Mariah Carey, a new version of Bob Dylan’s Make You Feel My Love by Kelly Rowland, as well other songs performed by Rosanne Cash, Ziggy Marley, Kimya Dawson, Rufus Wainwright and Michael Kiwanuka. Keith Kenniff (aka Helios) (Blood Road, The Last Survivor) has composed the original score for the project.

Soundtrack Album for ’50 States of Fright’ Episode ‘The Golden Arm (Michigan)’ Announced

Notefornote Music has announced a soundtrack album for the Quibi original series 50 States of Fright. The album features the original music from the show’s 3-part episode The Golden Arm (Michigan) composed by Golden Globe nominee Christopher Young (Spider-Man 3, Hellraiser, The Shipping News, Pet Sematary, Sinister, Ghost Rider, The Hurricane, The Exorcism of Emily Rose). The soundtrack is now available to order as a limited edition CD and digital download bundle on the label’s official website, where you can also listen to audio samples. For a limited time, every order will be receiving a personalized autograph by the composer. The Golden Arm is written and directed by Sam Raimi (who also executive produced the series) and stars Rachel Brosnahan, Travis Fimmel and John Marshall Jones.

Soundtrack Album for BBC’s ‘Mrs. Wilson’ to Be Released

MovieScore Media will release a soundtrack album for the BBC and PBS Masterpiece mini-series Mrs. Wilson. The album features the show’s original music composed by Anne Nikitin (American Animals, Fate: The Winx Saga, Lost Girls, This Beautiful Fantastic, Untouchable, Calibre). The soundtrack will be released digitally on March 19 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Mrs. Wilson is written by Anna Symon, directed by Richard Laxton and stars Ruth Wilson, Iain Glenn, Keely Hawes, Anupam Kher and Fiona Shaw.  The drama is set 1940s and 1960s London and 1930s India and follows the title character who thinks she is happily married until her husband dies and a woman turns up on the doorstep claiming that she is the real Mrs. Wilson.

Soundtrack Albums for Arrowverse Crossover Events ‘Crisis on Infinite Earths’ & ‘Elseworlds’ to Be Released

WaterTower Music will release two soundtrack albums for the Arrowverse crossover events Crisis on Infinite Earths and Elseworlds. The albums feature the original music from the special episodes composed by Blake Neely (The Flight Attendant, Greyhound, Everwood, The Pacific), Nathaniel Blume (The Flash, Prodigal Son), Daniel James Chan (Legends of Tomorrow, Emergence) and Sherri Chung (Riverdale, Blindspot). The soundtracks will be released digitally tomorrow, March 5. Click here to stream/download the Crisis on Infinite Earths album and click here for the Elseworlds soundtrack. Crisis on Infinite Earths premiered in December 2019/January 2020 as part of the fifth season of Supergirl, the first season of Batwoman, the sixth season of The Flash, the eighth season of Arrow and the fifth season of Legends of Tomorrow.  Elseworlds premiered in December of 2018 as part of the fifth season of The Flash, the seventh season of Arrow and the fourth season of Supergirl.

The details of the eighth soundtrack album for Marvel Studios’ Disney+ series WandaVision have been revealed. The albums feature the original score from the eighth episode (Previously On) of the show composed by Christophe Beck (Ant-Man, Frozen, Ant-Man and the Wasp, The Hangover, Edge of Tomorrow, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The Muppets). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, March 5 by Marvel Music & Hollywood Records and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and other digital music services. WandaVision is directed by Matt Shakman, created by Jac Schaeffer based on the Marvel Comics characters, and stars Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Kat Dennings, Teyonah Parris, Kathryn Hahn and Randall Park.

Paul Haslinger (Halt and Catch Fire, Underworld, Death Race, The Three Musketeers, Crank, Resident Evil: The Final Chapter) is the composer of the new Netflix original series The Irregulars. The show is created by Tom Bidwell (Watership Down) based on the works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and stars Mckell David, Thaddea Graham, Jojo Macari, Harrison Osterfield, Darci Shaw, Clarke Peters, Royce Pierreson and Henry Lloyd-Hughes. Danny Bensi & Saunder Jurriaans (Ozark, Boy Erased, The Gift, Enemy, Martha Marcy May Marlene, The White Tiger, The Devil All the Time) have composed the original score for the new HBO original documentary Tina. The film is directed by Dan Lindsay & T.J. Martin (Undefeated) and centers on the life and career of musical icon Tina Turner. The movie, which features interviews with the singer herself, Angela Bassett, Oprah Winfrey, journalist Kurt Loder, playwright Katori Hall, hr husband and former record executive Erwin Bach, among others, a charts her improbable rise to early fame, her personal and professional struggles throughout her life and her even more improbable resurgence as a global phenomenon in the 1980s.

Soundtrack Album for NBC’s ‘New Amsterdam’ to Be Released

Back Lot Music will release the first soundtrack album for the NBC drama New Amsterdam. The album features selections of the original music from the show composed by Craig Wedren (School of Rock, Role Models, GLOW, Fresh off the Boat, Wet Hot American Summer). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, March 2 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other digital music services. New Amsterdam is created by David Schulner and stars Ryan Eggold, Janet Montgomery, Freema Agyeman, Jocko Sims, Tyler Labine and Anupam Kher. The series follows Dr. Max Goodwin, the new medical director at America’s oldest public hospital, as he is set on tearing down the bureaucracy to provide exceptional care.
