Premiering on Wednesday, November 30, is the Disney+ original series Willow developed by Jonathan Kasdan & Wendy Mericle based on the 1988 feature and starring Warwick Davis, Ruby Cruz, Ellie Bamber, Erin Kellyman, Tony Revolori, Dempsey Bryk, Amar Chadha-Patel and Joanne Whalley. The show’s original music is composed by James Newton Howard (The Hunger Games, The Sixth Sense, King Kong, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them) & Xander Rodzinski (Dead for a Dollar, Light & Magic). Premiering on Thursday, December 1, is the HBO Max original movie A Hollywood Christmas directed by Alex Ranarivelo and starring Jessika Van, Josh Swickard, Missi Pyle and Anissa Borrego. Jamie Christopherson (A California Christmas, Running Wild, Perfect Harmony, Bennett’s War, American Wrestler: The Wizard, The Ride) has composed the film’s original music. The romantic comedy, which follows a young filmmaker in Hollywood who has made a name for herself directing Christmas movies and her relationship with a network executive, will be available to stream exclusively on HBO Max.

‘Sweetheart’ Soundtrack Album Released

Bold Model has released a soundtrack album for the British coming-of-age comedy drama Sweetheart. The album features the film’s original score composed by TOYDRUM (Detour, Prevenge,The Banishing, Future World, Two Weeks to Live, Deep Water). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. Sweetheart is written and directed by Marley Morrison and stars Nell Barlow, Ella-Rae Smith, Jo Hartley, Tabitha Byron, Sophia di Martino and Samuel Anderson. The movie follows a socially awkward and environmentally conscious teenager who is determined to have the worst week of her life while on holiday with her family, when she becomes unexpectedly captivated by a chlorine-smelling, sun-loving lifeguard.

The show’s original music is composed by Mark Isham (Crash, Once Upon a Time, Miracle, A River Runs Through It, Warrior, Judas and the Black Messiah, The Accountant). Also premiering tonight is the CNN docu-series The People v. The Klan written and directed by Donnie Eichar and executive produced by Cornell William Brooks, Donnie Eichar, Jason Blum, Jeremy Gold & Mary Lisio. Ceiri Torjussen (The Canal, Jack Goes Home, All Creatures Here Below, Test, Big Ass Spider!) and Jongnic Bontemps (United Skates, The Land, My Name is Pauli Murray, The Clark Sisters: First Ladies of Gospel) have composed the original music for the Blumhouse Television production. The 4-part series, which tells the story of Beulah Mae Donald, a Black mother in Alabama, who took down the Ku Klux Klan following the brutal lynching of her son in 1981, will air this and next Sunday on CNN.

The romantic comedy, which follows a by-the-book political aide who falls for a big-hearted Air Force pilot while looking to shut down his tropical base and its airborne Christmas tradition, will be available to stream exclusively on Netflix.

Silva Screen Records has announced a soundtrack album for the ITV original series Deep Water. The album features selections from the show’s original score composed by ToyDrum (aka Pablo Clements and James Griffith) (Prevenge, This Is England ’90, London Fields, Detour). Also included is the title song Static performed by Beth Orton who also co-wrote the track with the composers. The soundtrack will be released digitally on September 13, 2019 and physically on September 20. Check back on this page for the purchase links. Deep Water is written by Anna Symon and stars Anna Friel, Sinead Keenan and Rosalind Eleazar. The 6-parter is based on the Windermere series of novels by Paula Daly and follows the lives of three spirited and complex women trying to do their best for their young families whilst facing tough choices.

The show is written by Anna Symon (Indian Summers) based on the Windermere series of novels by Paula Daly and stars Anna Friel, Sinead Keenan and Rosalind Eleazar. The 6-parter follows the lives of three complex and vibrant women, each struggling to keep their heads above very deep water. Symon is also executive producing the project with Karen Wilson (Utopia, MI-5, The Tunnel) and Diederick Santer (Grantchester, Flowers).

The film marks the directorial debut of Rachel Hirons (Powder Room) and stars George MacKay, Emma Rigby, Holli Dempsey, Kae Alexander, Tom Bell and Michael Socha. The movie is based on Hirons’ own play and follows two young people who, having been bruised by previous relationships, embark on a second date with no idea of what they are supposed to do. Hirons also wrote the screenplay.

Future World is directed by James Franco & Bruce Thierry Cheung and stars Franco himself, Suki Waterhouse, Jeffrey Wahlberg, Margarita Levieva, Snoop Dogg, George Lewis Jr., Cliff Smith, Lucy Liu and Milla Jovovich.
