Premiering today is the Showtime original series I Love That for You created by Vanessa Bayer & Jeremy Beiler and starring Bayer herself, Molly Shannon, Jenifer Lewis, Paul James, Matt Rogers, Ayden Mayeri and Punam Patel. The show’s original music is composed by Anna Waronker (Yellowjackets, Shrill, Call Me Kat, Santa, Inc., The Republic of Sarah, Harriet the Spy). Also premiering in the U.S. tonight is the British mini-series Ridley Road written by Sarah Solemani based on Jo Bloom’s novel of the same title and starring Agnes O’Casey, Tom Varey, Rory Kinnear, Tracy-Ann Oberman, Tamzin Outhwaite, Eddie Marsan, Samantha Spiro and Rita Tushingham. Ben Onono (Half of a Yellow Sun, Spell, Safe, Paranoid, Trust Me) has composed the show’s original music. ‘Navalny’ Soundtrack Album Released

The album features the film’s original music composed by Marius de Vries (CODA, Strange Magic, Kick-Ass, Sucker Punch), Matt Robertson (The New Corporation: The Unfortunately Necessary Sequel, The Forest) & Anna Drubich (Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, Fear Street Part 3: 1966, Werewolves Within). Visit Amazon or any other major digital music services to stream/download the soundtrack. Navalny is directed by Daniel Roher and explores the attempted assassination of enigmatic Russian anti-corruption campaigner and former presidential candidate, Alexey Navalny.

Music from HBO Max’s ‘Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts’ Special Released

WaterTower Music has released a digital single featuring music from the HBO Max special Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts. Available to stream/download now are the tracks Hedwig’s Theme and <em>Harry’s Wondrous World composed by John Williams (who scored the first three installments in the Harry Potter movie series) newly recorded for the project with the Synchron Stage Orchestra in Vienna conducted by James Seymour Brett. Also listen to both tracks after the jump. Return to Hogwarts is executive produced by Casey Patterson and features Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, together with other cast members and filmmakers across all eight Harry Potter films, as they celebrate the anniversary of the franchise’s first film, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.

Stephen McKeon Scoring Lee Cronin’s ‘Evil Dead Rise’

Composer Stephen McKeon (Pilgrimage, Queen & Country, Norm of the North, Rose Plays Julie, My Name Is Emily) is reuniting with director Lee Cronin on the upcoming supernatural horror movie Evil Dead Rise. The film is written and directed by Cronin and stars Lily Sullivan, Alyssa Sutherland, Mia Challos, Gabrielle Echols, Morgan Davies and Nell Fisher. The fifth installment in the Evil Dead franchise follows two estranged sisters whose reunion is cut short by the rise of flesh-possessing demons, thrusting them into a primal battle for survival. Ghost House Pictures’ Robert Tapert (Don’t Breathe, The Grudge) is producing the New Line Cinema production.

‘Tokyo Vice’ Soundtrack Album Details

Endeavor Content & Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the HBO Max original series Tokyo Vice. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s first season composed by Danny Bensi & Saunder Jurriaans (Ozark, The White Tiger, The Outsider, The Gift, Enemy, Boy Erased, The Devil All the Time, Enemy, The One I Love). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 8 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. Tokyo Vice is created by J.T. Rogers and stars Ansel Elgort, Ken Watanabe, Rinko Kikuchi, Hideaki Ito, Rachel Keller, Show Kasamatsu, Ella Rumpf and Tomohisa Yamashita. The crime drama is inspired by journalist Jake Adelstein’s non-fiction first-hand account of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police beat and follows his daily descent into the neon-soaked underbelly of Tokyo in the late ‘90s.

Danny Bensi & Saunder Jurriaans (Ozark, The Outsider, Boy Erased, The Gift, Enemy, The White Tiger, Martha Marcy May Marlene) are scoring the upcoming HBO Max limited series The Staircase. The show is created by Antonio Campos and stars Colin Firth, Toni Collette, Michael Stuhlbarg, Dane DeHaan, Juliette Binoche, Olivia DeJonge, Rosemarie DeWitt, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Tim Guinee, Sophie Turner, Vincent Vermignon, Odessa Young and Parker Posey. The 8-part true crime drama tells the true story of Michael Peterson, his sprawling North Carolina family, and the suspicious death of his wife, Kathleen Peterson.

Premiering tomorrow, April 4 is the Spectrum original series Long Slow Exhale created by Pam Veasey and starring Rose Rollins, Josh Lucas, Ian Harding, Samantha Bartow, Shalini Bathina, Tony Gonzalez, Lyriq Bent and Famke Janssen. The show’s original music is composed by Jeff Russo (Fargo, Star Trek: Discovery & Picard, The Night Of, Lucy in the Sky, The Act) & Perrine Virgile (The Umbrella Academy). The drama, which follows a successful head coach of a competitive women’s college basketball team who finds herself in the middle of a potentially career-shattering sexual abuse scandal, will be available to stream on Spectrum.

Also premiering tomorrow is the HBO docuseries The Invisible Pilot directed by Phil Lott & Ari Mark and executive produced by themselves, Adam McKay, Todd Schulman, Craig Hodges and Jon Bryant Crawford. H. Scott Salinas (The Banker, Warrior, A Private War, The Ballad of Lefty Brown, Birth of the Dragon, Cartel Land, Baghdad Central) has composed the show’s original music. The 3-parter, which tells the true story of a charismatic, daredevil husband and father who unexpectedly jumped off a bridge in 1977, despite a seemingly happy home life and a lucrative career as a pilot, will premiere on HBO and will also be available to stream on HBO Max.

The comedy is inspired by legendary cookbook author Julia Child’s life and her long-running television series The French Chef and explores a pivotal time in American history – the emergence of public television as a new social institution, the nature of celebrity, feminism and the women’s movement and America’s cultural evolution.

Big Yellow Dog Music has released two songs from the HBO Max original movie Moonshot. Available to stream/download now on all major digital music platforms is Wild Blue co-written (with Daniel Tashian) and performed by Karen Elson, as well as Heaven Shine a Light written by Elson & Tashian and performed by CYN. Listen to both tracks below. As previously reported, WaterTower Music has released a full soundtrack album featuring David Boman’s score from the film last Friday. Moonshot is directed by Christopher Winterbauer and stars Lana Condor, Cole Sprouse, Mason Gooding, Emily Rudd, Lukas Gage and Zach Braff.
