Sony Classical will release a new “extended edition” of the score album for the animated feature Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. The album features the film’s original score composed by Daniel Pemberton (Enola Holmes, Steve Jobs, King Arthur: Legend of the Sword, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., Birds of Prey, Ocean’s 8, The Trial of the Chicago 7), including three previously unreleased tracks. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, August 10 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. In related news, a vinyl edition of the score album is scheduled to come out on November 17 and is available for pre-order here. A CD version will be available to order here soon. The label, which has also announced a release of the album in Sony 360RA & Dolby Atmos formats on August 10, has previously released the original score album in June, while Republic Records has released a separate soundtrack featuring the songs from and inspired by the movie.

Premiering on Wednesday, July 12, is the second season of the Apple TV+ original series The Afterparty created by Chris Miller & Phil Lord and starring Tiffany Haddish, Sam Richardson, Zoë Chao, John Cho, Ken Jeong, Paul Walter Hauser, Anna Konkle, Elizabeth Perkins, Poppy Liu, Jack Whitehall, Vivian Wu and Zach Woods. David Schweitzer (Emma, Our Great National Parks,Trust No One: The Hunt for the Crypto King) has joined Daniel Pemberton (who composed the music for the first season) to co-score the second season of the mystery comedy, which will be available to stream on Apple TV+.
Premiering on Thursday, July 13, is the Max limited series Full Circle written by Ed Solomon, directed by Steven Soderbergh and starring Zazie Beetz, Claire Danes, Jim Gaffigan, Timothy Olyphant, Jharrel Jerome, CCH Pounder, Adia, Phaldut Sharma, Sheyi Cole, Suzanne Savoy, Gerald Jones, Ethan Stoddard, Lucian Zanes and Dennis Quaid. Zack Ryan (I Smile Back, Malibu Rescue, A Christmas Prince) has composed the show’s original music. Daniel Pemberton Scoring Michael Mann’s ‘Ferrari’
Daniel Pemberton (Spider-Man: Into/Across the Spider-Verse, Enola Holmes, King Arthur: Legend of the Sword, Steve Jobs, Ocean’s 8, The Trial of the Chicago 7, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., Being the Ricardos) has recently scored the upcoming biographical racing drama Ferrari. The film is directed by Michael Mann (Heat, The Insider, Collateral) and stars Adam Driver, Penelope Cruz, Shailene Woodley, Gabriel Leone, Jack O’Connell, Sarah Gadon and Patrick Dempsey. The movie is set in the summer of 1957 and tells the story of ex-race car driver and auto manufacturing giant Enzo Ferrari as he is facing bankruptcy and embarks on a bold race: the Mille Miglia, 1,000 miles across Italy.

‘Slow Horses’ Season 2 Soundtrack Album Details
The details of the second soundtrack album for the Apple TV+ original series Slow Horses have been revealed. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s second season composed by Daniel Pemberton (Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Steve Jobs, The Trial of the Chicago 7, Birds of Prey, Enola Holmes, Ocean’s 8) and Toydrum (Prevenge, Three Pines, Deep Water, The Banishing). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, February 17 by Platoon (click here to stream/download). Polydor Records has previously released a soundtrack featuring the score from Season 1 and the opening titles song Strange Game performed by Mick Jagger last year.

Milan Records will release the official soundtrack album for the Netflix original film Enola Holmes 2. The album features the movie’s original music composed by Daniel Pemberton (Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., Steve Jobs, Birds of Prey, Ocean’s 8). The soundtrack is expected to be released digitally on November 4 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. A CD version is available to order as an import here. The label has previously released Pemberton’s score from the 2020 original film. Enola Holmes 2 is directed by Harry Bradbeer and stars Millie Bobby Brown, Henry Cavill, Helena Bonham Carter, Louis Partridge, Adeel Akhtar, David Thewlis, Susan Wokoma and Sharon Duncan-Brewster.
