Opening semi-wide in around 500 theaters and on PVOD today is the drama Our Friend directed by Gabriela Cowperthwaite and starring Jason Segel, Dakota Johnson, Casey Affleck, Gwendoline Christie, Cherry Jones, Jake Owen, Isabella Kai and Violet McGraw. The film’s original music is composed by Rob Simonsen (Ghostbusters: Afterlife, Love, Simon, Nerve, (500) Days of Summer, Foxcatcher, The Way Back). Lakeshore Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today. ‘No Man’s Land’ Soundtrack Album Details

Filmtrax will release the official soundtrack album for the western No Man’s Land. The album features the film’s original music composed by Brooke Blair & Will Blair (Green Room, Hold the Dark, I Don’t Feel at Home in This World Anymore, The Informer, Blue Ruin). The soundtrack is will be released digitally tomorrow, January 22 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon or any other digital music store. No Man’s Land is directed by Conor Allyn and stars Frank Grillo, Andie MacDowell, George Lopez, Jorge A. Jimenez and Esmeralda Pimentel. The movie is set at the Texas-Mexico border and follows two border vigilantes who are out on patrol when one of them accidentally kills a Mexican immigrant boy.

Premiering in the U.S. tonight is the British series All Creatures Great and Small written by Ben Vanstone based on the classic BBC programme, directed by Brian Percival and starring Nicholas Ralph, Samuel West, Anna Madeley, Callum Woodhouse and Rachel Shenton The show’s original music is composed by Alexandra Harwood (The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society, The Escape, Growing Up Wild). All3Media & Playground Television have released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score when the drama premiered in the UK last year. Also premiering today is the HBO documentary Tiger directed by Matthew Heineman & Matthew Hamachek about the rise, fall, and epic comeback of global icon Tiger Woods. H. Scott Salinas (The Banker, The Ballad of Lefty Brown, Warrior, Birth of the Dragon, Sea of Shadows) has composed the original music for the 2-parter. Brooke Blair & Will Blair Scoring Netflix’s ‘Night Stalker: The Hunt for a Serial Killer’

Will Blair & Brooke Blair (Green Room, Hold the Dark, I Don’t Feel at Home in This World Anymore, Black Christmas, Blue Ruin) have recently scored the new Netflix docu-series Night Stalker: The Hunt for a Serial Killer. The show is directed by Tiller Russell (The Last Narc, Operation Odessa, The Last Rites of Ransom Pride) and tells the true story of how one of the most notorious serial killers in American history was hunted down and brought to justice. The 4-parter is told through first-person interviews, archival footage and original photography and paints a portrait of how it felt to live in fear at a time when absolutely anyone could be the Night Stalker’s next victim.

The only movie opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the thriller Let Him Go written and directed by Thomas Bezucha and starring Kevin Costner, Diane Lane, Lesley Manville, Booboo Stewart, Kayli Carter and Will Brittain. The film’s original music is composed by Michael Giacchino (Up, Lost, Jurassic World, The Incredibles, Star Trek, Doctor Strange, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story). Back Lot Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today. Opening in select theaters today before coming out on VOD, next Tuesday, November 10, is the drama Jungleland directed by Max Winkler and starring Charlie Hunnam, Jack O’Connell and Jessica Barden. Lorne Balfe (Mission: Impossible – Fallout, His Dark Materials, The LEGO Batman Movie, Bad Boys for Life, Gemini Man) has composed the film’s original music. No soundtrack album has been announced yet. The movie revolves around a reformer hunter and a sheriff who are caught in a deadly game of cat and mouse when they set out to track a killer who may have kidnapped the hunter’s daughter five years ago.

The film is directed by Nick Stagliano (The Florentine) and stars Anthony Hopkins, Anson Mount, Abbie Cornish, Eddie Marsan, David Morse, Richard Brake and Diora Baird. The movie revolves around a professional assassin who must track down and kill his latest target to satisfy an outstanding debt to his mentor. James C. Wolf (Good Day for It) wrote the screenplay. Stagliano is also producing the project.
