RTI has released a digital version of the soundtrack album for the 2002 British miniseries Doctor Zhivago directed by Giacomo Campiotti and starring Hans Matheson, Keira Knightley, Sam Neill and Kris Marshall. The album features selections of the original music from the 3-part drama composed by Ludovico Einaudi (The Intouchables, The Father, Samba, La Tresse, La petite, This Is England). Intrada Records has announced a CD release of Jerry Goldsmith‘s music composed for the CBS 1950s/60s anthology TV series The General Electric Theater. The composer’s scores, which have previously been available individually as digital EPs, have been newly recorded with the City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra and reconstructed and conducted by Leigh Phillips. The music from the following episodes is featured on the album: Hitler’s Secret, The Last Dance, The Committeeman, The Legend That Walks Like a Man, Sarah’s Laughter, My Dark Days and The Bar Mitzvah of Major Orlovsky.
