Ecce Films has released a soundtrack album for the French sci-fi drama Jessica Forever. The album features the film’s original music composed by Ulysse Klotz (Diamantino, Spirit of Ecstasy, Terrible JungleAtomic Age). Also included are tracks by artists such as Age Reform, Florian Kiniffo, Jesu, Vanessa Amar, Alfred Deller, Year of No Light & others. Premiering on Wednesday, July 10, is the Apple TV+ original series Sunny developed by Katie Robbins based on Colin O’Sullivan’s book The Dark Manual an starring Rashida Jones, Hidetoshi Nishijima, Joanna Sotomura, Judy Ongg, YOU, annie the clumsy and Jun Kunimura. The show’s original music is composed by Daniel Hart (The Green Knight, Pete’s DragonThe Old Man and the Gun, Interview with the Vampire, A Ghost Story, Peter Pan & Wendy, Ain’t Them Bodies Saints). Also premiering on Wednesday is the HBO original documentary Quad Gods directed by Jess Jacklin, produced by Johnny Fego & Jacklin and executive produced by Heidi Ewing and Rachel Grady. Gary Gunn (A Thousand and One) has composed the film’s original music. The movie, which follows the lives of three New Yorkers with quadriplegia that meet in a neuro-rehabilitation lab where they create the world’s first fully quadriplegic e-sports team, premiered at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival and will air on HBO and will also be available to stream on Max. The film is directed by Joseph Kosinski (TRON: Legacy, Oblivion) and stars Brad Pitt, Damson Idris, Kerry Condon, Javier Bardem, Tobias Menzies, Kim Bodnia, Sarah Niles and Samson Kayo. The movie, which is made in collaboration with Formula 1 and has been shot during actual Grand Prix weekends, follows a former driver who returns to Formula 1 at APXGP, a fictional team on the grid.
