Fair Trade Services will release a soundtrack album for the faith-based drama I Can Only Imagine 2. The album features the songs from the film performed by lead actor John Michael Finley and the Christian band MercyMe, as well as Tim Timmons. Also included are selections form the movie’s original score composed by Brent McCorkle (Jesus Revolution, Unconditional, Unsung Hero, Steve McQueen: American Icon). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, February 20 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. I Can Only Imagine 2 is directed by Andrew Erwin & McCorkle and also stars Milo Ventimiglia, Sophie Skelton, Trace Adkins, Arielle Kebbel, Sammy Dell and Dennis Quaid. The sequel follows MercyMe’s Bart Millard who is living the dream after the success of his titular breakout hit, but behind the spotlight, his past threatens the family he’s built, especially the fragile bond with his son.

‘I Can Only Imagine’ Soundtrack Released
Fair Trade Services has released a new soundtrack album for the faith-based drama I Can Only Imagine. The album features the songs from the movie performed by lead actor J. Michael Finley, including the title track written by Bart Millard and performed in its original version by the Christian band MercyMe. Also included are selections from the film’s original score composed by Brent McCorkle (Unconditional, Steve McQueen: American Icon). The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. As previously reported, a separate soundtrack featuring McCorkle’s full score was released last week.

Four new movies are opening nationwide this weekend:
Opening in most theaters is the action adventure Tomb Raider directed by Roar Uthaug and starring Alicia Vikander, Dominic West, Walton Goggins and Daniel Wu. The film’s original music is composed by Tom Holkenborg (aka Junkie XL) (Mad Max: Fury Road, Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, Divergent, Black Mass). Paul Mills Scoring Jon & Andrew Erwin’s ‘I Can Only Imagine’
Paul Mills is reteaming with directors Jon & Andrew Erwin to score the upcoming faith-based drama I Can Only Imagine. The film starring Dennis Quaid, Cloris Leachman, Priscilla Shirer, Madeline Carroll and J. Michael Finley tells the true story of Bart Millard, the lead singer of the Christian band MercyMe, and how he wrote what is now the most-played radio single in Christian music history. Kevin Downes, Cindy Bond and Daryl Lefever are producing the project.
