Paramount Music will release a soundtrack album for the Paramount+ original movie Beavis and Butt-Head Do the Universe. The album features the film’s original music composed by John Frizzell (Alien: Resurrection, Office Space, Dante’s Peak, The Following, King of the Hill, Thirteen Ghosts, Legion) who previously scored 1996’s Beavis and Butt-Head Do America and has recorded his new score with a 69-piece orchestra in Vienna. The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, July 8. Milan Records has released a soundtrack album for the French drama Peter von Kant. The album features the film’s original music composed by Clément Ducol (Little Tickles, Maestro, I Wish Someone Were Waiting for Me Somewhere). Also included is lead actress Isabelle Adjani’s rendition of Jeder tötet was er liebt. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list and listen to audio samples. Peter von Kant is directed by François Ozon and stars Denis Ménochet, Adjani and Hannah Schygulla. The movie is inspired by Rainer Werner Fassbinder’s cult film The Bitter Tears of Petra von Kant and follows a successful director who lives with his assistant, whom he likes to mistreat and humiliate, when he meets and falls in love with a handsome young man. Rambling Records will release a soundtrack album for the French horror comedy Final Cut (Coupez!). The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award winner Alexandre Desplat (The Grand Budapest Hotel, The Shape of Water, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, The Queen, Godzilla, The King’s Speech).
