Adam King (Earth Abides, Strays, Kim’s Convenience) is the composer of the upcoming Canadian Netflix original series Crew Girl. The show is developed by Vivian Lin & Morwyn Brebner and stars Miku Martineau, Sam Braun, Kyle Clark, Jessica Paré, Thomas Cadrot, Jude Wilson, Connor Paton, Olga Petsa, Sage Linder and Riley Davis. The coming-of-age drama follows a teen rower who moves to a small town after a family scandal and joins an elite prep school’s all-boys crew, sparking rivalry and attraction. Lin is also executive producing the Blue Ant Studios production with Jeff Norton (Geek Girl, Finding Her Edge), Lindsay Macadam (Reginald the Vampire, Motive), Hillary Zwick Turner (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always), Tony Chung and Lori Massini. King has previousky collaborated with Vin on the YTV series Popularity Papers. Crew Girl will premiere on September 10, 2026 exclusively on Netflix.
