B Original has released a soundtrack album for the French comedy drama Speak Out (Le panache). The album features the film’s original music composed by Adrien Durand (Panda, Chair tendre). Speak Out is co-written and directed by Jennifer Devoldère and stars Joachim Arseguel, Aure Atika and José Garcia. Premiering on Wednesday, December 11, is Pixar’s Disney+ original series Dream Productions written and directed by Mike Jones and starring Paula Pell, Richard Ayoade, Amy Poehler, Maya Rudolph, Alli Maki,Kensington Tallman, Tony Hale, Liza Lapira, Phyllis Smith and Lewis Black. The show’s original music is composed by Nami Melumad (Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, Thor: Love and Thunder, Star Trek: Prodigy, An American Pickle, One Fast Move, Absentia). Walt Disney Records will release a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score on December 20. Expanded ‘The Molly Maguires’ Soundtrack Album Announced

Quartet Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1970 historical drama The Molly Maguires directed by Martin Ritt and starring Sean Connery, Richard Harris, Samantha Eggar and Frank Finlay. The CD features the film’s expanded original score composed and conducted by Henry Mancini (The Pink Panther, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Charade, The Thorn Birds, Santa Claus: The Movie), including around 20 minutes of previously unreleased music, as well as revised and alternate versions. Also included is Charles Strouse’s unused score for the project, which has previously been released as part of an expanded score release by Kritzerland in 2012. Milan Records has released the second soundtrack album for the HBO original series Dune: Prophecy. The album features the original music from the final episodes of the show’s first season composed by Academy Award winner Volker Bertelmann (All Quiet on the Western Front, Lion, Conclave, Hotel Mumbai, The Day of the Jackal, Adrift, The Old Guard). The Volume 2 soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s first two tracks below. Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the comedy Y2K co-written and directed by Kyle Mooney and starring Rachel Zegler, Jaeden Martell, Julian Dennison, Lachlan Watson, Daniel Zolghadri, Mason Gooding and The Kid Laroi. Danny Bensi & Saunder Jurriaans (Ozark, Enemy, Speak No Evil, The White Tiger, The Outsider, The Staircase, The Gift, Tokyo Vice) have composed the film’s original music. Also opening wide is the horror thriller Werewolves directed by Steven C. Miller and starring Frank Grillo, Katrina Law, James Michael Cummings, Ilfenesh Hadera and Lou Diamond Phillips. The Newton Brothers (X-Men ’97, The Haunting of Hill House, Doctor Sleep, Five Nights at Freddy’s, The Forever Purge, The Fall of the House of Usher) have composed the film’s original music. Expanded ‘Darling Lili’ Soundtrack Album Announced

Quartet Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1970 “musical” romantic comedy Darling Lili co-written and directed by Blake Edwards and starring Julie Andrews, Rock Hudson, Jeremy Kemp, Lance Percival, Michael Witney and Jacques Marin. The album features the original songs from the film written by Academy Award winner Henry Mancini (Breakfast at Tiffany’s, The Pink Panther, The Thorn Birds, Santa Claus: The Movie, Charade, Lifeforce) and featuring lyrics by Johnny Mercer, as well as demos played by Mercer before filming that include two unused songs, as well as instrumental versions of the songs. Also included is the premiere release of Mancini’s complete original underscore from the movie. Mancini & Mercer received two Academy Award nominations (for the original song Whistling Away the Dark and the “song score”). The album features the premiere release of the original film tracks of the comedy’s original score composed and conducted by Academy Award winner Henry Mancini (Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Santa Claus: The Movie, The Thorn Birds, Charade, Lifeforce), the original song It Had Better Be Tonight (Meglio Stasera) written by Mancini & Johnny Mercer and performed by Fran Jeffries, as well as alternate versions and unused music. Columbia Records has released two first tracks from the soundtrack for the biographical drama A Complete Unknown. Available to stream/download now on all major digital music platforms is a digital single featuring the Bob Dylan songs Girl from the North Country performed by Timothée Chalamet & Monica Barbaro and Like a Rolling Stone performed by Chalamet.
