Lyle Workman has been tapped to score the upcoming CMT original series Sun Records. The show stars Chad Michael Murray, Billy Gardell, Drake Milligan, Kevin Fonteyne, Christian Lees, Jonah Lees, Trevor Donovan and Kerry Holliday. The drama based on the book written by Floyd Mutrux & Colin Escott is set in Memphis and depicts the rise of musicians including Jerry Lee Lewis, Elvis Presley and Johnny Cash as the burgeoning civil-rights movement grips the nation. La-La Land Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1996 hit disaster movie Twister directed by Jan De Bont and starring Helen Hunt and Bill Paxton. The album features the expanded original score from the Amblin Entertainment production composed by Mark Mancina (Speed, Tarzan, Moana, Bad Boys, Brother Bear, Planes, Training Day), including previously unreleased music. The movie is described as an other-worldly story, set against the backdrop of Cold War era America circa 1963.
