loganLakeshore Records will release the official soundtrack album for the comic book movie Logan directed by James Mangold and starring Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Richard E. Grant, Boyd Holbrook, Stephen Merchant and Dafne Keen. The album features the film’s original music composed by Marco Beltrami (ScreamWorld War Z) who previously scored Mangold’s The Wolverine and 3:10 to Yuma. The soundtrack will be released in early March. The film is directed by Ben Falcone (TammyThe Boss) and stars Melissa McCarthy, Julie Bowen, Maya Rudolph, Gillian Jacobs, Jacki Weaver, Debby Ryan, Luke Benward and Matt Walsh. No plot details have been announced yet. McCarthy and Falcone also co-wrote the screenplay and are producing the New Line Cinema production with Chris Henchy (Daddy’s Home, Get Hard).
