Four new movies are opening in theaters nationwide this weekend:
Opening in most theaters is the family drama Christopher Robin directed by Marc Forster and starring Ewan McGregor, Hayley Atwell, Bronte Carmichael, Mark Gatiss, Jim Cummings, Chris O’Dowd, Brad Garrett and Sophie Okonedo. The film’s original score is composed by Geoff Zanelli (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, Disturbia) & Jon Brion (Lady Bird, Magnolia). Walt Disney Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composers’ score, as well as three original songs written by Richard Sherman. Click here for the full album details.
Also opening wide is the action comedy The Spy Who Dumped Me co-written and directed by Susanna Fogel and starring Mila Kunis, Kate McKinnon, Justin Theroux, Gillian Anderson, Hasan Minhaj, Ivanna Sakhno and Sam Heughan. Tyler Bates (Guardians of the Galaxy, Deadpool 2, 300, Watchmen, John Wick) has composed the film’s original score. No soundtrack album has been released.
