Lorne Balfe (Mission: Impossible – Fallout, The LEGO Batman Movie, The Crown, Bad Boys for Life) has recently been scoring Marvel Studios’ upcoming spy thriller Black Widow. The film is directed by Cate Shortland (Lore, Somersault) and stars Scarlett Johansson, Florence Pugh, David Harbour, Rachel Weisz, Ray Winstone, William Hurt and O-T Fagbenle. The movie follows the title character as she confronts the darker parts of her ledger when a dangerous conspiracy with ties to her past arises. Eric Pearson (Thor: Ragnarok) wrote the screenplay based on a story by Jac Schaeffer (The Hustle) and Ned Benson (The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby). Universal Music France has released a soundtrack album for the French drama Jumbo. The album features the film’s original music composed by Thomas Roussel (Take-Away Romance). The soundtrack is now available to stream on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Jumbo is written and directed by Zoé Wittock and stars Noémie Merlant, Emmanuelle Bercot and Sam Louwyck. The movie follows a shy young woman who works in an amusement park and still lives at home with her mother, when she meets Jumbo, the park’s new flagship attraction. Walt Disney Records will release the official soundtrack album for the Disneynature documentary Elephant.
