Walt Disney Records has released the last soundtrack album for Lucasfilm’s animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s final four episodes composed by Kevin Kiner (Star Wars Rebels,Narcos: Mexico, Doom Patrol, Titans, CSI: Miami, Making a Murderer). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon Music, where you can also check out audio samples. The label has previously released a soundtrack album featuring selections of Kiner’s score from the show’s first six seasons and two albums featuring the composer’s music from the first eight episodes of the final season. WaterTower Music has released a new soundtrack album for the HBO original series Westworld. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s third season composed by Emmy Award winner Ramin Djawadi (Game of Thrones, Iron Man, Pacific Rim, Clash of the Titans, A Wrinkle in Time, Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio clips. The label has previously released two soundtrack albums featuring the composer’s score from the first two seasons, as well as his cover versions of Sweet Child O’Mine and Wicked Games from Season 3. Premiering on Wednesday, May 6, is the Netflix documentary Becoming directed by Nadia Hallgren and produced by Katy Chevigny, Marilyn Ness & Lauren Cioffi about the life of former First Lady Michelle Obama as she embarks on a 34-city tour. The film’s original music is composed by jazz saxophonist Kamasi Washington. Premiering on Friday, May 8, is the Netflix limited series The Eddy created by Jack Thorne and starring André Holland, Joanna Kulig, Amandla Stenberg, Leila Bekhti and Tahar Rahim. Glen Ballard (The Polar Express) and Randy Kerber (The Color Purple) have composed the show’s original music. Arista Records will release a soundtrack album featuring the composers’ songs from the drama on Friday. Chris Westlake (Castle Rock, Before We Go, Small Town Crimes, Transit, Midnighters) is the composer of the new Hulu original series Solar Opposites. The show is created by Justin Roiland (Rick & Morty) & Mike McMahan and features the voices of Roiland himself, Sean Giambrone, Thomas Middleditch and Mary Mac. The animated comedy centers around a team of four aliens who escape their exploding home world only to crash land into a move-in ready home in suburban America. Element Pictures has released a soundtrack album for the BBC/Hulu limited series Normal People. The album features the show’s original music composed by Stephen Rennicks (Room, Frank, The Little Stranger, What Richard Did, Rebellion, Birthmarked). Normal People is written by Sally Rooney & Alice Birch based on Rooney’s New York Times best-selling novel of the same name and stars Daisy Edgar-Jones and Paul Mescal. The drama produced by Lenny Abrahams revolves around the complicated relationship of Marianne and Connell from the end of their school days in a small town in the west of Ireland to their undergraduate years at Trinity College. Opening in virtual theaters today is the documentary Capital in the Twenty-First Century directed by Justin Pemberton and based on the international bestseller by French economist Thomas Piketty. The film’s original music composed by AIR’s JB Dunckel (K.O., The Summer of Sangaile, Cyprien). Prototype Recording has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score in March. Also opening in virtual theaters before premiering on VOD on June 2 is the documentary The Infiltrators directed by Alex Rivera & Cristina Ibarra about a group of young immigrants who get detained by Border Patrol, and put in a shadowy for-profit detention center – on purpose. tomandandy (The Strangers, Resident Evil: Retribution, The Mothman Prophecies, The Rules of Attraction) have composed the film’s original music. No word on a soundtrack release. The movie, which premiered at last year’s Sundance Film Festival, is being released by Oscilloscope Laboratories. Ram Khatabakhsh (The Hunger Games Exhibition, Portals, Transformers Autobots) has signed on to score the upcoming thriller Alphas. The film is directed by Steven Quale (Into the Storm, Final Destination 5, Aliens of the Deep) and stars Sam Worthington as an environmentalist who is tasked with finding a natural solution to the shark problem after the local Great White population spirals out of control and must convince the owner of a killer whale sanctuary to unleash the orca that nearly killed her when she was attacked by the star of her own show. Soundtrack Album for Amazon’s ‘ZeroZeroZero’ Released

Mogwai (The Returned, Kin, Before the Blood) have released their score for the Sky Atlantic and Amazon original series ZeroZeroZero. The album is now available on Bandcamp for one week exclusively on a pay-what-you-can basis with half of proceeds going to Help Musicians and NHS charities. The album will be available to stream/download on Amazon later this month. ZeroZeroZero is created by Stefano Sollima, Leonardo Fasoli & Mauricio Katz based on the novel of the same title by Roberto Saviano and stars Andrea Riseborough, Dane DeHaan and Gabriel Byrne. The crime drama traces the global cocaine trade by following one shipment on its journey around the world.
