Hollywood Records will release a soundtrack album for the FX on Hulu limited series Mrs. America. The album features selections of the show’s original score composed by Kris Bowers (Green Book, Dear White People, When They See Us, Monsters and Men, Black Monday). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, May 22 and will be available to stream/download here. Mrs. America is created by Dahvi Waller and stars Cate Blanchett, Rose Byrne, Sarah Paulson, Uzo Aduba, Margo Martindale, Elizabeth Banks, John Slattery and Tracey Ullman. Spaceship Earth is directed by Matt Wolf and tells the story of a group of countercultural visionaries who built an enormous replica of earth’s ecosystem called Biosphere 2 in 1991. Alan Menken to Compose Music for Skydance Animation’s ‘Spellbound’

Skydance Animation has announced today that Alan Menken (The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Enchanted) will be composing the score for the upcoming animated feature Spellbound. He will also be writing original songs with lyricist and frequent collaborated Glenn Slater (Tangled). Former President of Walt Disney Music Chris Montan will serve as executive music producer. The film directed Vicky Jenson (Shrek, Shark Tale) is set in a world of magic where a young girl must break the spell that has split her kingdom in two.
