Varèse Sarabande has announced expanded CD and digital editions, as well the first-ever vinyl release of the soundtrack for the 2005 neo-noir crime anthology feature Sin City directed by Robert Rodriguez (Spy Kids, Once Upon a Time in Mexico, Desperado) & Frank Miller and starring Bruce Willis, Jessica Alba, Benicio del Toro, Clive Owen, Brittany Murphy, Mickey Rourke and Elijah Wood. The album features the film’s original music composed by Rodriguez, John Debney (The Passion of the Christ, Elf, The Jungle Book, Iron Man 2, Horizon: An American Saga) and Graeme Revell (Dead Calm, Tomb Raider, Pitch Black, The Negotiator, Daredevil, The Crow) who respectively scored the three different chapters to the big-screen adaptation of Miller’s neo-noir comic. The soundtrack will be released on March 27 as a widely available “Blood Red” translucent pressing, joined by exclusive limited-edition color variants from Barnes & Noble, Mondo and Enjoy the Ride. A Deluxe Edition expanded version of the film score featuring the complete original score cues by Rodriguez, Revell & Debney paired with brand-new liner notes will be released digitally and on CD as part of Varèse’s CD Club series on April 24. Expanded ‘Bride of Chucky’ Score Album Announced
Enjoy the Ride Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1998 slasher comedy Bride of Chucky directed by Ronny Yu and starring Jennifer Tilly, Brad Dourif, John Ritter, Nick Stabile and Katherine Heigl. The album features the complete original score from the fourth installment in the Child’s Play series composed by Graeme Revell (The Crow, Daredevil, Dead Calm, Pitch Black, Tomb Raider, The Chronicles of Riddick, Pineapple Express), including almost 30 minutes of previously unreleased music. The limited edition vinyl is now available to order on the label’s official website. A digital version is expected to be released by Back Lot Music later this year (click here to stream/download).

Graeme Revell’s ‘Pitch Black’ Score Released
Graeme Revell (Dead Calm, Tomb Raider, The Negotiator, The Chronicles of Riddick, Daredevil, The Crow, Pineapple Express) has released the first (commercial) soundtrack album for the 2000 sci-fi movie Pitch Black co-written and directed by David Twohy and starring Vin Diesel, Radha Mitchell, Cole Hauser and Keith David. The album features the composer’s original score from the film and is now available to stream/download on most major digital music services, including Apple Music/iTunes. A limited edition promotional CD featuring Revell’s scores from Pitch Black and Bride of Chucky was released in 2001 by Super Tracks.

‘The Crow’ Deluxe Edition Score Album Announced
Varese Sarabande has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1994 supernatural revenge thriller The Crow directed by Alex Proyas and starring Brandon Lee, Ernie Hudson and Michael Wincott. The album features the expanded original score from the Dimension Films production composed by Graeme Revell (Daredevil, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, Dead Calm, The Craft, From Dusk Till Dawn, The Saint), including 30 minutes of previously unreleased music. Also included is Revell’s end title song It Can’t Rain All the Time performed by Jane Siberry. The soundtrack is set to be released on October 1, 2021 and is now available to order as a 2-LP set on Amazon and on the label’s official website, where you can also find out more details. ‘Child’s Play 2’ Soundtrack to Be Released
La-La Land Records has announced the world premiere soundtrack release for the 1990 horror sequel Child’s Play 2 directed by John Lafia and starring Alex Vincent, Jenny Agutter and Christine Elise. The album features the film’s original music composed by Graeme Revell (The Crow, Tomb Raider, Dead Calm, Daredevil, The Siege, Pitch Black). Shirley Walker (Final Destination, Memoirs of an Invisible Man) conducted and orchestrated the score. The CD, which is limited to 3,000 copies, marks the sixth title in the Universal Pictures Film Music Heritage Collection. The soundtrack will be available to order at 12:00 PST on the label’s official website.
Soundtrack Album for ‘Gotham’ Season 1 Released
WaterTower Music has released the first soundtrack album for the Fox drama Gotham. The album features selections of the original score from the show’s first season composed by David Russo (Nikita, The Tomorrow People) and Graeme Revell (The Crow, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, Pineapple Express, The Chronicles of Riddick). La-La Land Records has announced the world premiere release of the original score for the 1997 animated sci-fi epic Titan A.E. directed by directed by Don Bluth & Gary Goldman and featuring the voices of Matt Damon, Drew Barrymore, Bill Pullman, John Leguizamo, Nathan Lane and Janeane Garofalo. The album features the composer’s music for the 20th Century Fox production is composed by Graeme Revell (The Chronicles of Riddick, Gotham, Sin City, Daredevil, The Crow, From Dusk Till Dawn), including two bonus tracks.
