The details of the first soundtrack album for the third season of Lucasfilm’s Disney+ original animated series Star Wars: The Bad Batch have been revealed. The album features selections of the original music from the first eight episodes of the show’s final season composed by Kevin Kiner (Ahsoka, Star Wars: The Clone Wars & Rebels, Doom Patrol, Narcos: Mexico, Titans, Hell on Wheels, CSI: Miami). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, March 29 by Walt Disney Records and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. A second volume is expected to come out in May. The label has previously four albums featuring Kiner’s score from Season 1 and Season 2 in 2021 and 2023. Star Wars: The Bad Batch is created by Dave Filoni and stars Dee Bradley Baker, Michelle Ang, Keisha Castle-Hughes, Noshir Dalal, Jimmi Simpson and Wanda Sykes.

Soundtrack Album for Disney+’s ‘Renegade Nell’ to Be Released
Hollywood Records will release a soundtrack album for the British Disney+ original series Renegade Nell. The album features selections of the show’s original score composed by Oli Julian (Sex Education, Breeders, Catastrophe, The Full Monty, How to Build a Girl) & Nick Foster (Thunderbirds Are Go, Greatest Days, Misha and the Wolves, In My Skin). Also included are the songs He Waits, By the Riverside feat. Kate Stables and The Ballad of Renegade Nell feat. Nick Cave. The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, March 29. Renegade Nell is created by Sally Wainwright and stars Louisa Harland, Frank Dillane, Alice Kremelberg, Ényì Okoronkwo, Bo Bragason, Jake Dunn, Florence Keen, Nick Mohammed, Joely Richardson, Adrian Lester, Pip Torrens and Craig Parkinson. The 8-part fantasy adventure revolves a courageous and quick-witted young woman who finds herself framed for murder and unexpectedly becomes the most notorious highwaywoman in 18th Century England.

Premiering on Tuesday, March 26, is the HBO original documentary The Truth vs. Alex Jones directed by Dan Reed and executive produced by Nancy Abraham and Lisa Heller. The film’s original music is composed by David Schweitzer (Emma, Our Great National Parks, The Afterparty, Sanditon, Trust No One: The Hunt for the Crypto King, The Reluctant Traveler). The movie, which tells the story of how families whose children were murdered at Sandy Hook took on conspiracy giant Alex Jones in two courtroom trials, holding Jones and InfoWars to account for the myths they started spreading hours after the atrocity, premiered at this year’s SXSW Film Festival and will premiere on HBO and will also be available to stream on Max.
Premiering on Thursday, March 28, is the Swedish Netflix original series Ronja the Robber’s Daughter (Ronja Rövardotter) written by Hans Rosenfeldt based on Astrid Lindgren’s fantasy tale and starring Kerstin Linden, Jack Bergenholtz-Henriksson, Krista Kosonen, Christopher Wagelin, Maria Nohra, Sverrir Gudnason, Pernilla August, Johan Ulveson and Vera Vitali. Johan Söderqvist (Let the Right One In, Kon-Tiki, Madame Web, Anatomy of a Scandal, Battlefield V, After the Wedding, In a Better World) has composed the show’s original music. ‘X-Men ’97’ Theme Released
Marvel Music & Hollywood Records have released the first track from the soundtrack for Marvel Animation’s Disney+ original series X-Men ’97. Available to stream/download now on all major digital music services is the X-Men ’97 Theme (based on the theme from X-Men: The Animated Series written by Haim Saban & Shuki Levy) performed by the show’s composers The Newton Brothers (The Haunting of Hill House, Doctor Sleep, Five Nights at Freddy’s, The Fall of the House of Usher, The Forever Purge, Midnight Mass, Oculus). Also listen to the track below. A full soundtrack album will be released on May 24. X-Men ’97 is developed by Beau DeMayo and features the voices of Ray Chase, Jennifer Hale, JP Karliak, Alison Sealy-Smith, Cal Dodd, Lenore Zann, George Buza, AJ LoCascio,Holly Chou, Isaac Robinson-Smith, Matthew Waterson and Adrian Hough.
National Geographic’s ‘Photographer’ to Feature Music by Bryce Dessner, Robert Ouyang Rusli & Others
The full composer line-up of the new National Geographic documentary series Photographer has been revealed. The show pairs the world’s most extraordinary visual storytellers with today’s leading documentary filmmakers, with each episode focusing on the story of an iconic photographer. The National’s Bryce Dessner (The Two Popes, Cyrano, Bardo, Manhunt, She Came to Me) has composed the score for the episodes Paul Nicklen & Cristina Mittermeier: Win or Die directed by E. Chai Vasarhelyi & Jimmy Chin about two of the world’s most iconic working ocean photographers, and Dan Winters: Life is once. Forever. directed by Pagan Harleman about the photographer who is widely known for his unusual and iconic portraits of celebrities, street photography, scientific work, illustrations and capturing the “hallowed grounds” of NASA. Robert Ouyang Rusli (Problemista, Test Pattern, Bruiser) has scored the episode Campbell Addy: Feeling Seen directed by Crystal Kayiza & Sam Pollard about the fashion photographer who landed on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list.

‘Brawn: The Impossible Formula 1 Story’ Soundtrack Album Released
Hollywood Records has released a soundtrack album for the Disney+/Hulu original documentary series Brawn: The Impossible Formula 1 Story. The album features the show’s original music composed by Philip Sheppard (I’ll Be Gone in the Dark, Detroit: Become Human, Love, Marilyn, Bobby Fischer Against the World, The Tillman Story) and Baby Brown. Brawn: The Impossible Formula 1 Story is developed and produced by showrunner Simon Hammerson, directed by Daryl Goodrich, hosted by Keanu Reeves and tells the story of how, in 2009, competing in the most expensive and technologically advanced racing series on Earth, the impossible happened, when an understaffed and underfinanced team won the World Championship.
‘Iwájú’ Soundtrack Album Details
Walt Disney Records will release the official soundtrack album for the Disney+ original animated event series Iwájú. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Ré Olunuga (Rise, Girl, Coming from Insanity, Up North). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, March 1 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Iwájú written by Olufikayo Ziki Adeola & Halima Hudson and features the voice talent of Simisola Gbadamosi, Dayo Okeniyi, Femi Branch, Siji Soetan and Weruche Opia. The Walt Disney Animation Studios and Kugali production is set in a futuristic Lagos, Nigeria and tells the coming-of-age story follows a young girl from the wealthy island, and her best friend, a self-taught tech expert, as they discover the secrets and dangers hidden in their different worlds. .
