The animated feature is based on the best-selling graphic novel by ND Stevenson and tells the story of a knight framed for a terrible crime who turns to a shape-shifting teenage girl to prove his innocence.
Christophe Beck to Score Marvel Studios’ ‘Agatha: Coven of Chaos’
Christophe Beck (Frozen, Edge of Tomorrow, Free Guy, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The Hangover, The Muppets) has confirmed during a recent interview on Film Music Live that he will return to score Marvel Studios’ upcoming Disney+ original series Agatha: Coven of Chaos. The show created by Jac Schaeffer is a spin-off to the studios’ 2021 limited series WandaVision and stars Kathryn Hahn who reprises her role as Agatha Harkness. She is joined by cast members Debra Jo Rupp, Joe Locke, Aubrey Plaza, Maria Dizzia, Ali Ahn, David Payton, David Lengel, Asif Ali, Amos Glick, Emma Caulfield Ford, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, Okwui Okpokwasili and Patti LuPone.

The show’s original music is composed by Guillaume Roussel (Black Beauty, 3 Days to Kill, Happy!, The Spy, November). 22D Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score last fall when the series premiered in France. Opening semi-wide in around 800 theaters is the comedy drama Moving On written and directed by Paul Weitz and starring Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, Malcolm McDowell and Richard Roundtree. Amanda Jones (Naomi, Super/Natural, Twenties, Good Trouble, Adventure Time: Distant Lands, Somebody Somewhere) has composed the film’s original score. No word on a soundtrack release. The movie, which follows two estranged friends who reunite to seek revenge on the petulant widower of their recently deceased best friend, premiered at last year’s Toronto International Film Festival and is being released by Roadside Attractions.
