Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the sci-fi action adventure Jurassic World Dominion co-written and directed by Colin Trevorrow and starring Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Laura Dern, Sam Neill and Jeff Goldblum. The film’s original music is composed by Michael Giacchino (Up, Lost, Spider-Man: No Way Home, Ratatouille, The Incredibles, Star Trek, The Batman). Back Lot Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score digitally today and a CD version will be coming out later this week. Opening in select theaters and on VOD today is the drama The Walk directed by Daniel Adams and starring Justin Chatwin, Terrence Howard, Katie Douglas, Lovie Simone, Anastasiya Mitrunen, Jeremy Piven and Malcolm McDowell. Robert ToTeras (Sugar Rush, He Who Dares) has composed the film’s original music. No word on a soundtrack release. The 1974-set drama, which follows a Boston Irish cop who is assigned to protect black high school students as they are bused into all-white South Boston High, is being distributed by Vertical Entertainment.
