Dekanalog will release the first-ever soundtrack album for the 2015 noir thriller The Frontier co-written and directed by Oren Shai and starring Jocelin Donahue, Kelly Lynch, Jim Beaver, Jamie Harris, Izabella Miko, Liam Aiken and AJ Bowen. The album features the film’s original music composed by Ali Helnwein (Stray, Darlin’, This Much We Know, No Way to Live, Electra, Hospitality, Brut Force). The soundtrack will be released on vinyl on September 4 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The Frontier follows a young woman on the run from the law who turns up at an isolated desert motel. The movie, which premiered at the 2015 SXSW Film Festival, was released in select theaters and on VOD the following year by Kino Lorber and is also available on Blu-ray and DVD.
