WaterTower Music has released the cover version of Lana Del Rey’s hit song Video Games by composer Ramin Djawadi (Game of Thrones, Iron Man, Uncharted, Pacific Rim, Eternals, A Wrinkle in Time, Clash of the Titans) from the first episode of the fourth season of the HBO original series Westworld. The track is now available to stream/download as a digital single on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Also listen to the full cover after the jump. A full soundtrack album featuring Djawadi’s score from Season 4 is expected to be released in August. Decca Records has released the cover version of Sly and the Family Stone’s 1967 anthem Dance to the Music from the animated feature Minions: The Rise of Gru. The track produced by Jack Antonoff (who serves as the executive producer of the film’s soundtrack) and performed by Academy Award winner H.E.R. is now available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the biographical drama Elvis directed by Baz Luhrmann and starring Austin Butler, Tom Hanks, Olivia DeJonge, Richard Roxburgh, Luke Bracey, Kelvin Harrison Jr. and David Wenham. The film’s original score is composed by Elliott Wheeler (The Get Down, Every Day) who also serves as the project’s executive music producer. RCA Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the songs from the movie, including classic tracks by Elvis Presley, as well new tracks by Doja Cat, Swae Lee & Diplo, Eminem & CeeLo Green & others. Also opening wide is the supernatural horror thriller The Black Phone directed by Scott Derrickson and starring Mason Thames, Jeremy Davies, Madeleine McGraw, James Ransone and Ethan Hawke.
