The movie is inspired by the true story of two twin sisters who are training to to become piano soloists at the Karlsruhe Conservatory, when they discover they are suffering from a serious illness which causes them to lose the use of their hands. The movie also features two original songs co-penned by the film’s composer Heitor Pereira (Despicable Me, Minions): Fearless Hero (co-written with Dan Navarro & screenwriter Paul Fisher) performed by Antonio Banderas (who stars in the title role) and Por Que Te Vas co-written (with Pereira) and performed by Grammy Award nominee Gaby Moreno. Harmonic Design Records (to be distributed in partnership with Notefornote Music) will release a soundtrack album for the sci-fi mystery drama Silent River. The album features the film’s original music composed by Brian Ralston (Crooked Arrows, Being Rose, Awaken, Don’t Fade Away). The soundtrack will be released on all major digital music platforms next Friday, November 11. The composer’s score has been remixed from the original multi-track audio sessions in the Dolby Atmos surround/spacial audio format and will be available on all platforms that support the format the following Friday, November 18.
