La-La Land Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1992 drama Emily Brontë’s Wuthering Heights directed by Peter Kosminsky and starring Ralph Fiennes, Juliette Binoche, Jeremy Northam, Sophie Ward, Simon Shepherd and Janet McTeer. The album features the remastered original score from the film composed by Academy Award winner Ryuichi Sakamoto (The Last EmperorLittle Buddha, The Revenant Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence, Snake Eyes, Femme Fatale), including previously unreleased music. The CD, which is limited to 1,000 copies, will be available to order on the label’s official website at noon today. EMI Japan’s Eastworld label has previously released the original 1992 soundtrack album. Emily Brontë’s Wuthering Heights is now available on VOD and DVD.
