Dark House Music has released a soundtrack album for the slasher movie Pinocchio: Unstrung. The album features the film’s original score composed by Andrew Scott Bell (Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey, The Death of Snow White, Psycho Storm Chasers, Home Sweet Home See You Next Christmas). Pinocchio: Unstrung is written and directed by Rhys Frake-Waterfield and stars Richard Brake, Cameron Bell, Jessica Balmer, Peter DeSouza-Feighoney, as well as Robert Englund as the voice of the Cricket and Jude-Evan Lloyd as the voice of the title character. The fifth installment in Jagged Edge Productions’ Twisted Childhood Universe feature series is set at an inside an elite London prep school and follows Pinocchio as he launches a violent crusade to carve himself into a real boy like his brother James, one piece at a time.The movie premiered at this year’s Brussels International Film Festival and will be released in U.S. theaters this Friday, July 24 by Viva Pictures/ITN Distribution.
