The film is directed by David Lowery (Ain’t Them Bodies Saints) and stars Bryce Dallas Howard, Oakes Fegley, Wes Bentley, Karl Urban, Oona Laurence and Robert Redford. The movie is based on the 1977 classic and tells the story of the special bond between an orphaned boy, Pete, and his best friend, Elliott, who just happens to be a dragon. Lowery also co-wrote the screenplay with Toby Halbrooks. Jim Whitaker (The Odd Life of Timothy Green, The Finest Hours) is producing the project and Barrie Osborne (The Lord of the Rings, Face/Off) serves as an executive producer. transparent(Updated on June 2, 2015): Amazon Content Services has released the main titles theme for the Golden Globe-winning Amazon Studios original series Transparent. The theme is composed by Dustin O’Halloran (Like Crazy, Breathe InNow Is Good). The release features the composer’s theme as featured in the show’s main titles sequence, as well as a longer solo piano version. Visit Amazon to download the EP featuring the two tracks. A full soundtrack album featuring songs from the first season of the comedy drama, as well as two tracks from O’Halloran’s score has been released earlier last December. Transparent created by Jill Soloway and starring Gaby Hoffmann, Jay Duplass, Amy Landecker, Judith Light and Jeffrey Tambor is now available to stream on Amazon and a second season will premiere later this year.

The show is directed by David Wain is a prequel to the original film and tells the story of the first day of Camp Firewood’s famous summer season. Elizabeth Banks, Bradley Cooper, Michael Ian Black, Judah Friedlander, Janeane Garofalo, Christopher Meloni, Joe Lo Truglio, Ken Marino, Marguerite Moreau, Zak Orth, Amy Poehler, David Hyde Pierce, Paul Rudd, Molly Shannon, and Michael Showalter are reprising their roles from the 2001 film. The film marks the directorial debut of actor Joel Edgerton who also stars in the movie alongside Jason Bateman and Rebecca Hall The movie follows a couple who seek to reinvigorate their relationship with a fresh beginning in a new town, only to be have their life disrupted by an acquaintance from the husband’s past. Edgerton also wrote the screenplay. Jason Blum (Paranormal Activity, Insidious, The Purge) is producing the film through his Blumhouse production company with Rebecca Yeldman (The Kite Runner, On the Run). The album features the film’s original music composed by Christopher Young (Spider-Man 3, Hellraiser, Entrapment, Shipping News, Drag Me to Hell) who previously scored the director’s Ghost Rider and When in Rome. The composer’s score is presented on the album as a classical work in four movements. The soundtrack is now available to order on Intrada’s official website, where you can also listen to audio clips and check out the full album details. Killing Season starring Robert De Niro and John Travolta follows two veterans of the Bosnian War, one American, one Serbian, who find themselves in an unlikely friendship until vengeful motives are exposed pitting them against each other. The film stars Eddie Redmayne, Alicia Vikander, Matthias Schoenaerts, Ben Whishaw and Amber Heard. The movie is inspired by the lives of artists Einar and Gerda Wegener, whose marriage and work are cast into the unknown when Einar begins a groundbreaking journey to become one of the world’s first transgender women, Lili Elbe. Hooper is also producing the Working Title Films production with Tim Bevan & Eric Fellner (Atonement, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, Love Actually), Gail Mutrux (Kinsey, Donnie Brasco) for Pretty Pictures and Anne Harrison (Two Family House) for Harrison Productions. texas-risingPremiering tomorrow, May 25, is the History mini-series Texas Rising directed by Roland Joffe and starring Bill Paxton, Brendan Fraser, Ray Liotta, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Olivier Martinez, Thomas Jane, Crispin Glover and Jeremy Davies.  The show’s original music is composed by John Debney (The Passion of the ChristElfIron Man 2) and Bruce Broughton (SilveradoTombstone). Universal Music Group Nashville has released a soundtrack album featuring the composers’ score, as well as the original song Take Me To Texas written by Shane McAnally and Brandy Clark, as well as a cover version of Tom Petty’s I Won’t Back Down performed by Kris Kristofferson and the original piece Igual Que Yo performed by guitarist José Feliciano earlier this week. Hamburger Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composers’ music, as well as classical pieces by Erik Satie, Jean Sibelius and more last year. The show is created by Julie Plec based on the Belgian TV series Cordon and stars David Gyasi, Christina Moses, Chris Wood, Hanna Mangan-Lawrence, Kristen Gutoskie, George Young, Claudia Black and Trevor St. John. The drama takes place after a mysterious and deadly epidemic breaks out in Atlanta and a vast urban quarantine is quickly enforced, forcing those stuck on the inside to fight for their lives. ‘Skin Trade’ Soundtrack Announced

The album features the film’s original music composed by Jacob Groth (The Girl with the Dragon Tatoo, UnforgettableDead Man Down). The soundtrack will be released digitally on May 26, 2015 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Audio clips are embedded after the jump. Skin Trade is directed by Ekachai Uekrongtham and stars Dolph Lundgren, Tony Jaa, Michael Jai White, Ron Perlman, Peter Weller and Celina Jade.
