Nathan Whitehead is set score the upcoming horror thriller The Purge 3. The film is written and directed by James DeMonaco who previously helmed the first two installments in the series and stars Frank Grillo, Betty Gabriel, Edwin Hodge, Kyle Secor, Joseph Julian Soria, Liza Colón-Zayas, Mykelti Williamson and Elizabeth Mitchell. No plot details have been revealed yet. ‘Downton Abbey’ Ultimate Collection Soundtrack Announced

Decca Classics will release a new soundtrack album for the hit drama Downton Abbey. The album features music all six seasons of the show written by Emmy Award-winning composer John Lunn (The Last Kingdom, Grantchester, The White Queen). The Ultimate Collection will be released as a 2-CD set on December 4, 2015 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Downton Abbey is created by Julian Fellowes and stars Samantha Bond, Hugh Bonneville, Jessica Brown Findlay, Laura Carmichael, Jim Carter, Raquel Cassidy, Brendan Coyle, Tom Cullen, Michelle Dockery, Kevin Doyle, Siobhan Finneran, Michael Fox, Joanne Froggatt, Matthew Goode, Thomas Howes and Lily James. Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack release for Steven Spielberg’s 1975 classic Jaws and starring Roy Scheider, Richard Dreyfuss and Robert Shaw. The album features the film’s Academy Award-winning original music composed and conducted by John Williams (Star Wars, Jurassic Park, E.T., Raiders of the Lost Ark). The 2-CD set features the complete score, including previously unreleased music and alternate cues on the first disc, as well as the content of the original 1975 soundtrack album and a number of source cues on the second disc. Jeff Grace has been tapped to score the upcoming SundanceTV original series Hap and Leonard. The show is created by Jim Mickle & Nick Damici and stars James Purefoy, Michael Kenneth Williams and Christina Hendricks. The drama is set in 1980s East Texas and centers on Hap Collins, a white working-class ex-con, and Leonard Pine, an openly gay, black Vietnam vet with anger issues. Mickle and Damici are also executive producing the Sundance Studios production with Nick Shumaker (Another Earth) and Jeremy Platt (The Violent Kind).
