BBC America announced today that Hans Zimmer, Jacob Shea and Jasha Klebe are scoring the upcoming BBC docu-series Blue Planet II for Bleeding Fingers Music. The 7-part series is presented and narrated by Sir David Attenborough and will immerse audiences in the world’s oceans, which are still the most expansive but least known parts of our planet. Soundtrack for HBO’s ‘Big Little Lies’ Announced

ABKCO Records has announced a soundtrack album for the HBO original series Big Little Lies. ‘Django’ Soundtrack Announced

Impulse! Records will release a soundtrack album for the Django Reinhardt biopic Django. The film’s original music is composed by John Lunn (Downton Abbey, The Last Kingdom, The White Queen). The drama revolves around the Bronte sisters’ battle to overcome obstacles and publish their novels, which would become some of the greatest in the English language. David Bateman has been hired to score the upcoming documentary Man in Red Bandana. The film is written and directed by Matthew J. Weiss and is narrated by Gwyenth Paltrow. The documentary tells the story of Welles Crowther, a 24-year old equities trader on the 102nd floor of the South Tower of the World Trade Center who’s credited with saving at least a dozen lives before the building collapsed.
