Composer Jed Kurzel (Alien: Covenant, The Babadook, Assassin’s Creed, Overlord) is reteaming with director Justin Kurzel on the upcoming western The True History of the Kelly Gang. The film stars George MacKay, Russell Crowe, Nicholas Hoult, Charlie Hunnam, Essie Davis, Thomasin McKenzie, Sean Keenan, Harry Greenwood and Earl Cave. The movie based on Peter Carey’s Booker Prize-winning novel of the same name and centers on notorious bushranger Ned Kelly, one of the world’s greatest outlaws, and the colonial badlands from which he rose.
