Premiering tonight is the new CW drama Batwoman developed by Caroline Dries & Greg Berlanti based on the DC Comics characters and starring Ruby Rose, Meagan Tandy, Camrus Johnson, Nicole Kang, Rachel Skarsten, Dougray Scott and Elizabeth Anweis. Also premiering tonight is the British mini-series Press created by Mike Bartlett and starring Charlotte Riley, Ben Chaplin, Priyanga Burford and David Suchet. Nathan Wang has recently recorded his score for the upcoming family comedy Playing with Fire. Sony Music has announced the details of the soundtrack album for the romantic comedy Last Christmas. The album features three Wham! songs, including the title track, as well as twelve songs from George Michael‘s solo career. Also featured is the previously unreleased song This Is How (We Want You to Get High), which was co-written and co-produced by Michael and James Jackman. The soundtrack will be released digitally and on CD on November 8 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon (CD version) and here (digital version). The album features a selection of songs from the show written by composer Mark Rivers and performed by the animated comedy’s voice cast, including Nick Kroll, Maya Rudolph, Jessi Klein, Jenny Slate, Jordan Peele, Jason Mantzouka, Fred Armisen, John Mulaney, Thandie Newton, Craig Robinson, Martin Short & others. The album features the film’s original score composed by Academy Award winner Mychael Danna (Life of Pi, Moneyball, Capote) and Jeff Danna (The Good Dinosaur, Storks). The soundtrack will be released digitally on October 11 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. As previously reported, two original songs (by Christina Aguilera and Migos, KAROL G, Snoop Dogg & Rock Mafia) are already available now.
