Hollywood Records will release a soundtrack album for the Amazon original series Tales from the Loop. The album features selections of the original music from the show composed by Academy Award nominee Philip Glass (The Hours, Notes on a Scandal, Kundun, Koyaanisqatsi, The Illusionist, Candyman) & Emmy Award nominee Paul Leonard-Morgan (Limitless, Dredd, Wormwood, Dynasty, Designated Survivor). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 3 and will be available to stream/download here. Tales from the Loop is developed by Nathaniel Halpern inspired by the paintings of Simon Stålenhag and stars Rebecca Hall, Duncan Joiner, Daniel Zolghadri, Tyler Barnhardt and Jonathan Pryce. The drama explores the adventures of the people who live above the Loop, a machine built to unlock and explore the mysteries of the universe.

Premiering on Tuesday, March 31, is the HBO Sports documentary The Scheme directed by Pat Kondelis about Christian Dawkins who was convicted in federal court in the biggest criminal case in collegiate sports history. The film’s original music is composed by Danny Bensi & Saunder Jurriaans (Boy Erased, The Gift, Ozark, Enemy, Fear the Walking Dead). Premiering on Thursday, April 2, is the new CBS comedy Broke created by Alex Herschlag and starring Jaime Camil, Pauley Perrette, Natasha Leggero, Izzy Diaz and Antonio Raul Corbo. Frank Ciampi (Happy Together, All About the Washingtons) is composing the show’s original music. The CBS Television Studitos production centers on a single suburban mother who’s shocked when her estranged sister and her husband and his fiercely loyal assistant/driver/friend land on her doorstep in need of a place to live after the couple’s money dries up. Philip Glass & Paul Leonard-Morgan Scoring Amazon’s ‘Tales from the Loop’
Philip Glass (The Hours, Notes on a Scandal, Naqoyqatsi) and Paul Leonard-Morgan (Limitless, Dredd, Wormwood) are teaming up to score the upcoming Amazon original series Tales from the Loop. The sci-fi drama based is developed by Nathaniel Halpern (Legion) based on the art of Simon Stålenhag. Rebecca Hall has been cast as the female lead of the show, which explores the town and people who live above “The Loop,” a machine built to unlock and explore the mysteries of the universe – making things possible that were previously relegated only to science fiction. Halpern is also executive producing Fox 21 Television Studios production with Mark Romanek (Never Let Me Go, One Hour Photo), Matt Reeves (War for the Planet of the Apes, Cloverfield), Adam Kassan and Rafi Crohn (The Passage), Mattias Montero, Samantha Taylor Pickett, Adam Berg and Stålenhag.
